speaking on helping drivers kick start their vehicles, I saw a request on indrive yesterday and decided to help out because I was 3mins away, only for me to see that the driver put #10,000. so who will pay the commission if indrive decide to misbehave? if as a driver you need help, just put your number in the comment section and hope a nearby driver calls you.

Well as for me, I don't drive 7 days a week, 4 or 5 days, and i drive from 9/10am till 7/8pm. I haven't even driven since this week.

I drove from Conoil by Lasuth to Lagos Marriot hotel, this nonsense girl canceled when security was checking me in at the hotel entrance. I called and she said she went with another driver that got there first. God will punish you wherever you are Diamond.

very nonsense attitude I must say. that was how one man ordered and called me immediately. the idiot started by saying are you the uber or bolt driver? I told him whenever you figure which one I am, called the other driver because I'm not coming to pick you. also on friday, one man ordered for his wife, I drove ten mins and called her, she said she is on her way,only for the husband to cancel. i called the husband severally and he refused to pick my calls. I sent him the insult of his life full with curses.

My tools doesn't have issues, 5k fuel is just about 10litres and that cost 2k before which gives us 10k before but the increment in bolt is just so poor that you don't even see difference between old price and new price....

stop buying 5k fuel, you're just stressing yourself.

I told uber everything including the amount she paid...uber hardly read complaints, they just pay..I once complained of the airport toll of #300 and that they paid me #200. instead of giving me 100, they paid 300 and told me sorry join.

It's in PH. Our roads are generally better.

And it is true. Brake pads, control arm bushing, linkage, horn, two tires plus some minor things like shaft hose and air filters are the only things I've changed this year.

The driver does an average of 3000 miles a month.

so, last week I carried a lady from stadium to somewhere in surulere. trip ended 1800, she paid 1k and said her phone is dead, she will transfer the balance when it's charged. I told her I have charger and she said she doesn't like using car to charge grin

Everybody's experience is not the same. I know this because I have a couple of cars on the platform.

Some vehicles can be very much trouble free.

Excluding oil, I have only spent N56,000 maintaining a particular one the whole of this year. I also have others that are cash guzzlers in varying degrees. If it's not the kick starter dying today, it will be the brake calliper failing tomorrow or the fan belt cutting, AC and engine issues or other myriad of problems.

I was even planning to fully exit the business by October but with the recent increase in car prices, I have suspended the plans. Who knows, maybe I get to sell the cars at 4m each next year.

I find this hard to believe boss. unless the driver doesn't drive it much. this is the 7th month in 2023 o. with the terrible roads in lagos couple with rain you spent only 56k from January to July on repair?
