Good Morning Mamas, pls help...this food aversion is getting worse at 34weeks and doctors don't have anything to say about it. I eat small meals three times a day because i have to force myself. No food or fruit is appealing. I just ensure that i use my drugs and drink a lot of water. Pls, hope my LO is fine.

The pregnancy that birth my precious Prince started as a surprise. I was on FP injection and still calculated my safe period religiously but God has a better plan for me,to bless me with a special angel. Lols .So the journey started through ms,constipation etc. Fast forward to 24weeks,I started having pains which was confirmed to be pre-term labour,my cervix had shortened and was starting to open. I was placed on bed rest and pelvic rest and given drugs to stop contractions.I managed myself till 34 weeks wen the bed rest was lifted,then I started getting pains and feeling very uncomfortable.
I was treated for malaria,fesolate tablets increased and was monitored weekly.
At 37 weeks,d pain had increased with strong fruitless contractions (was on 2cm all d while).I became restless, my mother instinct kept telling me that dere is something wrong but I couldn't figure it out.
I kept going to d hospital every other day but dose doctors will just say madam go and wait,it's not yet time.
One day,I couldn't sleep,painfull contractions and baby was restless,I cried throughout d nite and very early in d morning,I was in d hospital
Dis time around,I insisted on seeing d senior doctor dat took d delivery of my girls. I waited for hours and some devils in human form where telling me to just keep wasting my time wen i can see another doctor but i refused.
Immediately he came,he checked me and told me to come back dat same day to be induced the next morning.
D next morning,after checking my baby's heartbeat for several times,d induction started. I was doing fine and contracting well till I got to 9cm and got stuck. D enemy is in trouble ooo. I was in pains,weak,my baby could not descend into d birth canal and suddenly his heartbeat started going down and within minutes, my bp was also going down.I was placed on oxygen immediately.
I started shivering and weeping and telling dem to please save my baby even if I had to go. My mother came in and prayed for me,she told me all will be well dat I can't go before her.
My doctor came in at dat point and I was rushed into d theatre. I signed the consent form in d theatre myself,told dem it's my life and can't wait till wen my husby will be back. I just wanted my baby alive and I had given up on myself.
Few minutes into d session,I heard my baby's cry den I started strugling to be awake.My doctor den said look at your baby,it's a boy,you need to be alive for dis boy,just struggle,let's do dis together,u can't leave dis boy alone and dey placed him close to me,den d strength came and we fought through together.my baby came in at 6:38pm on april 10 weighing 3.8kg,welcome to our beautiful world,my Prince Charming.

Wemmy na little by little. Glad you're almost at the finishing line. I learnt that whatever we eat (so long as they're not harmful), babies take the very best of it and leave us with the remnant. I just believe it's God that sustains us. Because the way our babies' body parts form, we don't even know. We just know that in 9months a complete human being has been formed. Miracle I tell you. So if I feel like eating ijebu garri with ice block and plenty milk with groundnut, I'll eat. At least that one is readily available...plenty story

I bet you won't like aversion o. At least not this type of my own. If I'm repulsed by food, at least I shouldn't feel hungry na. But imagine always feeling hungry and not being able to just eat what every other member of the family is eating. Yours must be imported from far places.

I insisted she checked and head of baby was already on d perineum.
with d second push my prince came out at 6:45pm on the 1st of April weighing 2.5kg..

thanks to mumsgirl and other team member for always remembering me even though time does not permit me to be as active as planned.
I wish all Preggy mama safe delivery and TTC fruit of the womb...

A Big Thank You to all my loving and caring E-Family.
I am grateful for all the mentions and likes.
B.S.:-
6pm - got to hospital.
7pm - was given bedspace.
2am - procedure started (drug inserted).
6am - was feeling normal contraction (3cm).
8am - contraction was serious but I was calm and just calling Jesus once it hit. Doctor thought I was still 3cm because I wasn't showing sign of serious contraction and was advising me on other options (cs) if I don't progress till 12noon. I told her to check that am sure I have progressed and after she checked I was taken to delivery room (6cm).
9am - oxytocin was added to my drip and the contraction was intense and I started the breathing technique which really helped me (7cm).
10:25am - my beautiful baby girl arrived weighing 2.75kg with generous cut (according to the doctor that stitched)
Thanks to everyone for your prayers and support.
To every mothers: - we will not cry over our little one.
To every pregnant women:- we will deliver safely with baby and mother alive.
To every going to conceive (gtc) ladies:- now is your appointed time.

Hmnnn... after being stitched.. a drug was put in my rectum, then this terrible cold and body shaking began.. I felt like giving up at that point but then I remembered all I went through b4 I could conceive & during the pregnancy... all my expectations of taking care of my children and I decided to stay alive. The healing process has been wonderful...we're all doing very fine.God's been very good to us.

Bathing with baking soda will give you relief, drink plenty water to keep your skin hydrated, apply moisturizer like Shea butter mixed with coconut or olive oil to your wet skin.

Or you seduce or take him by force! ( lock the doors and hide the keys ) tell him you WILL NOT LET HIM GO UNLESS HE SETTLES YOU.

On the 3rd day I went to the Labour to ask the nurses, they said my hubby should have told me, na there I don start to dey mad I called him immediately he said he's fine,he's at the Neonatal ward he wasn't breathing well when the brought him out and he has to be placed on oxygen for 48hrs. He has a low pcv he may be transfused also, na so my prayer points changed, i took the handkerchief GO prayed on at redemption and placed it on his forehead and started praying. By the time they checked his pcv the 3rd day he was, I was discharged on the 4th day after the CS but baby wasn't discharged, he was discharged on the 8th day, I couldn't even tell ppl that have given until after he was discharged, that's what comes with a general hospital you will see your baby during visiting hours only or time to feed. Thank God it all ended in praise.

Honestly ... I never had kicks wirj my first pregnancy. But he moves at least once a day... to the extent that I looked forward to it daily. Once I tried touching the place he hides.
This time around,looks like she is trying to escape from every part if my tummy

We are on the same page...
My first baby just moves, I am experiencing kicks for the first time, difference is that mine kicks toward my chest... if am sitted, its so obvious from my Clothings. The weight is on my bladder, and my walk style is the penguin way, and the hickups is on the bladder too, as well my pains... Doctor was not bothered, so I relaxed.
Am just 34weeks, I have same concern as you if she will come super early due to over activity .
My prayers is for our Babies to make it minimal 37weeks. Just get your bags packed.
