it seams that you and some others have misunderstood the reason behind Jesus laying his life down, or like u put it, why did OD have to kill his son.

No one had/has the power to kill Jesus. He layed it down freely to atone for our sins, the sins of everyone of us here on earth. it was also mentioned and asked out of all the universe why earth, based on your science the universe that has humans in them is earth. We humans were formed, created out of dust, the whole earth was without form just like other universe but GOD decided to bring it to life, creating us humans. the intention was right, He created us and then we took it upon ourselves to sin.
it's very sad when i read here on naira land of different people coming and speaking blasphemy and questioning if there is a GOD, or Jesus and stuff like that. the modern world has turned so many things around, and as we take other cultures and accept things from other countries, we forget our own taking what is wrong in other countries and thinking we r right.
the western world has always believed in GOD, in Christ. people somethings get hurt and feel there is no GOD when things don't go the way they want, or for example when an innocent dies. the question is "is there really a GOD" and why would he let such happen.

some people think they know all about GOD, but the truth is that we don't know all abou him because HE is more than what people say. things happen that we can't explain why it happens, God has a reason for everything, some may be known to us and others are not. one thing that you must know is that there is GOD, and no matter how hurt you might have being, or if you just want some type of attention, HE IS REAL.

JESUS gave himself, his own blood so that we sinners would not perish.he coud have easily said no forget it, but for love.if u really love a person, not fake love, or love on he lips alone that most practice, we'll be more than willingly happy o lay down our lives for d person. my prayer is hat any way you might have being hurt, that the LORD minister his love and comfort to u. and with time i know you will come around. won't u rather ake GOD and accep JESUS while u are on earth, and accep him now, than to get to the other side when u close ur eyes and find out that he exist.

please don't think that this is ok for a 2 yr old boy, i'm sorry but it's not. boys do have that strenght and energy to burn, you'll be surprised that some girls even have more.
the age is called "terrible 2s" and if you don't get a hang of it now ,wait till he gets to 3 and the worst is 4. cos by 4 you expect some things to be done, and some not too, that's when they really start doing things to get into your skin.
Pray about the situation, even the bible says that you should pray, and then give them the rod of correction. it's what yo do today that will affect them and you tomorrow. it's not all about beating the child all the time, if you know what he likes and dislikes, that where you get him, if he likes something and he misbehave,s and others are getting a cookie or so, don't give him and tell him the reason why he's not getting one, YES he'll fight his way, cry, do everything break this and that, but you have to stand as the head of the house, he's pretty much controlling you all, and if this continues i'm sorry if there's anyone telling you he'll grow out of it, not at all. it will be his only way of handling things, even when he's older. the sooner you stop him from all this the better. don't give up it's going to be a lot of work on both your paths and pls don't blame it on ur wife's side and so. just pray for him and take a stand

it's really sad that there are still some people in this day and age that don't have respect for the man of GOD. i'm not surprised, JESUS CHRIST went thru much more. i don't know why all those that are pouring out nagetive comments can't keep it to themselves. if only u know what is coming, or GOD that u are dealing with, d bible warns of saying nagetive things to GOD's prophet, and here u r. really sorry. even if nothing, HE's old enough to be ur father, ur uncle and much more. respect! respect !!, we have now become so civilized , that we now talk to our elders with disrespect copying developed countries on how they behave. GOD will help us. if there is anything Africa is known for, we respect our elders but to some on this thread, i can only say GOD help us all.

following GOD's commandments means that you can only have one GOD and that is Jehova, belive in him- GOD THE FATHER, GOD THE SON, AND GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT.

GOD is forever powerful, HE is the almighty GOD. there is no way that his power can ever fade, or not enough, or fraustrated. one of the guest here answered this well, GOD will not force you. we all have to be accountable for things that we do. like adam and eve, if you look at the case of jonah, where he was running away from GOD, he dealt with him, because he had a purpose of good for his life.
have you ever wondered why some people, when dey were growing up, they stole, killed and did horrible things, and later in life they are filled with the HOLY SPIRIT, like Saul? that is because GOD already knows how they really are deep inside, if they are worth investing in, if they will obey him truely. People like that he will go extra mile to make sure that they are fine for the use and purpose he has for their lives.

GOD uses dreams to talk to us, we are all working and busy and all, if we look at the time we spend on line, friends, and all, it's a lot of time, and the only time He can get some of us to listen is our dreams, vision. now that does not neccessarily mean that he can't talk to us during the day, but the question is are we in the state to hear him when he does?

you can't get into heaven with sin, that is why GODhas giving us many chances, and the blood of Jesus to always cleanse ourselves. if anyone tells u he/she is without sin, then the person tells no truth, the one thing that we have to understand is that once you become born again, and accept Christ, old things are passed away, which includes your sins, and GOD says he will forget all of it, you are now a new creature.(2 cor. 5 vs 17) now when you surrender and become a born again, you are making the decision not to go back to sin again, that is why we have to keep asking GOD for the grace not to sin, and to overcome temptation. even after one is a born again, and you find yourself commit a sin, you immediately should realize this and ask for forgiveness, and cleansing with the blood of JESUS, and never do it again.

your good deeds will not take you to heaven, following GOD"S commandments will take one to heaven

Jesus did not comitt sucide, he did not put a knife to his neck or stabbed himself. Yes he knew he would be killed, and also knew that if he did not do it, ALL of us would perish. He sacrificed his life, he didn't have to come here and turn human, but he did. he became poor so that we would not be, he took away every sickness for our sake, this is sacrifice.
he left all he had in heaven, angels were ministering to him in heaven, he came to this world to minister to us, to help us, that is the ultimate sacrifice that can never be compared to.

Sacrifice has some have put here is denying yourself of something, it's in your control to either do it or not, BUT you chose to do it just because you have some concern, love for that person. Jesus Christ had the power to make all these go away, but he chose to do it, go through so that the WILL of GOD will take place. He said in the bible that if only this cup will pass over him, BUT GOD's will should be done.

It's nothing for him to have wiped off all the people who raised their hands on him, but it's all because of these same people, you and i that he came here to earth, left all his spendour and came to this sinful and corrupt world. a famouse song goes "how many kings will step down from their throwns, how many lords will abandon thier homes, how many great will become the least for me, only one did that for me". GOD did that for us all.
to say or ask if this was truely a sacrifice is really not a question, if it was not for him, i can assure you that you and i will not be here. He didn't have to, but he did.

He died and took the key from hell, so that we have the power to over all that this world throws at us, and live eternally. not just die and end up in eternal damnation.

i'll tell u now that who ever said leave GOD out of it is telling u- well u can't get out of it.
if there is anything on this earth that we think we can do with out GOD, i'll like for one to point to it. if u make a wrong decision, it's becos u chose to do dat, it's not GOD making d decision 4 u. right from d begining, he gave us dat freedom. it's left to us to follow and make the ones he advise us to take.

As for all d people telling u to leave ur husband, ask which is married? ask how their marriage is, some will and do take more of all dat u have gone through in their own marriages if not worst, and then dey tell u to leave him. if u do, and d next prince charming comes, proposes on top of the mountain for all to see, gives u d best marriage u can ever dream of, takes u & ur kids to shopping in London or anywere every foru months, threats u like u r on top of d world, only to find out dat he's doing some rituals, or some un godly things, armed robbery or so, will u leave him too, and cos all u'll do is either get back here and ask for advise that u maaried a robber, or a killer, should u leave him, and d answer as always is "what r u doing with a killer" and all d stuff.
Your husband is out in d world. far into d world i should add. all u have to do is interceed and pray for him, pray for yourself and ur kids. if u have taken d convenant that he's ur hubby, hold on and pray about it, d drugs if u can't have him around u and d kids, u can tell him to pls stop coming till he learns to keep it away from u guys, and ask GOD to deliver him from it. it's not an easy thing.
some men cheat, even d ones dat love their wives, and all that stuff, it's temptation. d one with the power to over come it is the one that will over come, ur prayer is for GOD to have him over come d temptation.
my dear all u have is GOD, any other thing is not going to work, even if u leave him for the next simple but loving GUy, what happens if dat one too does something? u leave again.

marriages go through ups and downs, it may have being rough from d begining which u should have seen, but u didn't and let it happen, GOD is a merciful GOD, even with this, he will still help. depend on him completly and not on any advise dat some give here.

it's in the bible that money answereth all things.
also the main thing behind it is not too get the money to control you. at the end of the day, one will realize that this money sef either put u thru so much more than u first were in.
it's good to have money, but be wise, smart, most importantly have the fear & love of GOD in ur heart as u seek this money legitemately. and above all, use it serve GOD.
