I think there's a certain charm in leaving those valleys and hills surrounding Enugu undeveloped.

Besides, our estate developers haven't developed the level of taste and refinement required to recreate those tranquil suburban settings depicted in the pic you posted. If you open up these virgin lands to our local real-estate developers they will just recreate the type of estates you see springing up in cities like Onitsha, Owerri and Enugu: no sidewalks; little or no trees adoring the streets; no open spaces with well-tended lawns, shrubs, flowers and trees that are designated for parks; no central sewage disposal system; etc.

The Centenary City in Enugu has bucked the trend a bit, but it's taking forever to finish!

Then, interconnecting trains from airport to various destinations.
