Hello everyone,please I need help as regards visa interview for my mother-in-law. DW is due to travel by August 2nd but the visa interview date for the Mum is September 16. Infact,she would have been on her way back by then..how can I change the date of interview to like 1st Week of August and what documents do I need to submit? Pls helpppppppp......

@Twoods The problem was getting the Nigerian passport reissued and it took months because they had no booklets and I am only wishing for date in August and not July. Do you still want to assist with the documents to attach to the appeal/request?Thanks

Please I need clarifications on an issue bothering my mind.Is it a must that a baby born in the United States must be taken back within one year after being taken out to Naija after birth? The baby has 5yrs expiration on the American Passport .Thanks and God Bless

Please DW need to know how to expedite American Passport and visa on arrival for LO in Chicago as the travel date is just 13days from now.She has the necessary papers.Also how can she add the baby on her Air France returning ticket.Please I need help urgently because we are both confuse now. ...we need people who have some in Chicago.

What is the name of the specific form am to download/fill for notarization is it right to print Ds 3053? ...as I can see many forms online

VO: he looked through it and was like okay, where are you going to, how long will you be dere for and where will you be staying
Hubby: 2 week, Chicago and with my uncle
VO: I See you travelled in November last year why and for how long
Hubby: Stated everything( hubby for 2 weeks and myself and son for 4 month- We went for a family vacation and we stayed back to have my daughter
VO: At your interview in June 2015 you said you were going for 2 weeks and not seeking medical attention
Hubby: At the time we didn't know we were pregnant as i was still breastfeeding my son..so we just wanted to go for holiday. When we found out I fell ill and couldn't travel so we all decided to travel in November and I sent a change of Intent to notify the ambassy
VO: WELL THE CHANGE OF INTENT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE
me: Oh really.. i didn't know
VO: When did you have your daughter
Me: xx feb 2016
VO: Counting the number of months with his fingers to reconfirm what I said( At this point I was thing chai wahala dey o)
Where did you have you daughter and can i have her passport pls

VO: Can I have proof of that please
Me: Hands over all receipts, zero balance and invoices
VO: Who was your doctor
Me: Dr xxxxx, then I handed over the records of all my antenatal visits with her ( I kept everything oo thank God)
VO: Looks through the receipts and exclaimed whao so expensive, what about the dr's fee..
Me: I explained that it was all encompassing( John stronger has a package for self pay.. I dunno if they have anymore but the cost was about small for dr, birth and pead so I showed him the breakdown)..in my mind I was like expensive ke... great bargain oo.. I just kept quiet
VO: Kept on writing and writing. he asked hubby and my self what we do and where we work..
Hubby and I answered
VO: Where else have you travelled to:
Hubby: Hajj last year,
VO: Asked me if I went with him..
Me: I said I didn't coz I was still breast feeding my daughter at the time...
VO: OKAY.. typed for another like 3 -4mins...
Handed over our documents and said we should pick our visa..
VO: Please when next you are going to birth abroad please you need to get a medical visa, the change of intent does not go into your individual files do we don't have records of such.Sending it does not make a difference you have to schedule a new interview for medical visa
Me and Hubby: Okay we will do
Thank God we got it oo.. glad I said the truth and I am truly happy.

During the interview she on her own informed the VO that she was pregnant even though she just applied to go on vacation with me this December(I have visa already and traveled before).The V.O asked if she intends to give birth in the US and she responded by saying.... that would be next year in February.The V.O then said he would put that in her records but that she should inform them at the POE when she is doing and get necessary papers ready.Now she is considering going to deliver next year January because the allowed office leave for the December is just for fewer days than expected.She is now planning to deliver in Missouri.

How can we know what Annotation is on her visa?
Would she have any challenge at the POE even with all her possible compliance?

@ All i need urgent help of anyone experienced in visa applications and this DS-160 Form issue.My challenge is this.....I made an application by filing the DS 160 form but failed to submit or print application page of confirmation about a month ago but yet I went to book for an appointment for (lagos) and it is 8 November.Just 2days to the interview i realized this but could not retrieve my application online and reading on this thread I had to go and fill,submit and print confirmation page of a new DS -160 form.I equally updated my appointment confirmation profile to include the new DS-160 confirmation number.Please would they treat this application at all since its just about 48hrs to the interview date? I now have the appointment pages for payment and DS-160 form that conforms. Please what do i do...someone talked about sending mail to the embassy does it work?PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

@All ....Hello everyone in the house...pls I have peculiar case and I need urgent response.My wife is due for B1/B2 visa interview this week and we claim to be travelling on Christmas vacation together because I already have visa.Pls advise because we intend that she give birth by February 2018 in US and we may not likely go in December if given the visa because we need enough funds for the possible delivery in February. Does she have to tell the V.O(without been asked) that she is presently pregnant and intends to have the baby next year in the US possibly after the Christmas vacation which we are not likely to?since they say notice of change of intention is not relevant.....
