Every time I meet with our human resources mod to discuss who to appoint, he starts trying to convince me to follow his direction instead of following my direction. I find that to be very irritating so I have been ignoring him for some time. We need to find a way to resolve this soon.

Too many cooks spoils the broth, This section doesnt need additional Mods, it needs to have ineffective and incompetent mods replaced. Afam is a good Mod but too distracted with his own obsession with every Nairaland section and has become mostly ineffective.

Sexkillz isnt guilty of half the stuff he's being accused of. He's certainly detribalized and too consumed in his duties to be targeting specific personalities besides obvious pests like Desola. His problem is that he's kind of overzealous and NEVER uses his discretion in implementing the rules. He goes about his business with total disrespect for forumites in a way that ALWAYS leaves a bitter taste in the mouth of his "victims". He's got no conscience to be appealed to and has got near zero sense of humour. He simply doesnt have the personality to moderate adults (customers) that sometimes admittedly go over the line. Replace him.

OMAJE4 is a good Mod but has become too burdened by the presumed responsibility of protecting "certain" interests. Not that he's being doing so but he has kinda lost a lot of steam since Jarus left and with the daily pressure from both sides of the "divide", its only getting worse.
In summary, you've got the worse mix of Mods with neither complimenting the weaknesses of the others.
My pick will always be Naptu2, dude loves Lagos and Fashola much too much than I'm comfortable with but he's got great personality and the maturity to handle this section. My 2 cents.

Afam4eva: People would naturally gravitate to a place where they will be given a free hand to do as they choose. That's what led a lot of people to Christ embassy and their population keeps growing as young people continue protesting against the restrictive nature of some places of worship.

They dont necessarily have a free hand to do what they like, rather they are accepted the way they are and transformed by the Word of God. Stop speaking with authority over things you dont know.

Nothing but a waste of resources this. The Brits have no desire to build any country, any serious leader would be having lunch with the Chinese, Russians, Indians and Brazillians. Nigerians are always sentimental in their analysis. Any honest person would admit Sanusi has been the best CBN governor by some distance. I have reservations about some of his views and manner of disbursing public funds but lets give the man the credit he deserves, he's been outstanding as CBN governor period.

The nearest alternative is "smoking" a piece of glass by putting it in a smoky flame to get a thickly covered bit of glass. Even so use your discretion to judge if its adequate.
