I am experiencing the heartburn right now, it's like a daily occurrence now. What I do is to prop up my pillows and sit up then take lots of cool water. It helps me. I can't stand antacids at all.

1. She complain of heart burn, what and what should she take to reduce it


2. I don't know when i can take her for scan, i discuss it with her and she said she is scared of the scan.

U did not gain weight ke u still in second trimester and u have added 7kg,am 34 weeks like my teamie too and all throughout the journey I added this same 7kg.Was 50-51 before but now am 58.And for the cry cry sorry o it will soon be over.I had my experience yesterday too

I was 45kg before I got pregnant, now I am 47kg at 34weeks....at a point I was even loosing weight, perhaps because I don't feed well.
So you dey try...

Am I the only one not adding weight in pregnancy? I was even losing weight at a time. I am in my 2nd trimester and in all I have only added 7kg since getting pregnant.

As for the cry cry mamas, behold thy chairlady. Anything can make me cry and the tears flow freely I can't even control it.

Yes, I experienced it with one of my babies....it happened when I was 7months and a few days before my EDD. Had my baby without labour. I was later told that the rectum thingy was a labour sign that happens to some women

Trust God wholly and completely for safe delivery. Be positive and entertain no fears. It's done already.

So we are chilling for when LO (Team Pink) is ready to show up.

Kind of scared cos we don't know what to expect.

Lol. I experienced a couple of this....its called lightning something and part of the package

I experienced a pain in my rectum today. It wasn't funny. As in the pain hooked me all the way inside, I couldn't even walk or talk for some minutes.
I went to the hospital and to my disappointment the doctor couldn't even tell me what could cause such pain. Anyone experienced this before?

If only everyone can just do the right thing. The fear of God is so important in our lives.

100 naira now can only buy sugar on that list. This is just sad.

Team capo- Curator and motivator of mums expecting to deliver in that particular month
LMP- last menstrual period
TTC- Trying to conceive
BFP- Big fat positive (refers to a positive home pregnancy test)
GYNE- Gynecologist
GP- General Practitioner
TVS- trans vaginal Scan
FP- Fetal pole
MC- Miscarriage
HMO- Health maintenance organization
PCV- packed cell volume
EFW- Estimated Fetal Weight
TWW- Two-week wait (the time bw ovulation and your next period before you do your pregnancy test)

Note: in case anyone is wrong please correct it, I partly did this for me as well, and also add whatever I missed
