1) Agencies like NNPC can't comply because the law setting them up allows for them to take out their capital and recurrent expenditures before remitting balance to federation account...

2)Agencies like FIRS, Custom, DPR etc by law are entitled to certain percentage of their revenue before remitting balance to federation account...

3)It is news because buhari and team turned it out to look like a new initiative which they are bringing to the system... Why steal glory for another man's work since you want people to see the man as the enemy of the state?...Bring on your change initiative and stop pirating other's ideas

4)If buhari told us that Jonathan didn't get it right...then we expect him to bring on a different initiative of his...not stealing Jonathan's ideas and works
