It is either you are a biased hypocrite or you don't reside in this planet earth to have made the above statement...
PoliticsRe: If You’re The President Of Nigeria, How Will You Tackle Corruption? by Whynotthetruth(m):
I will be proactive by simply building and strengthening institutions & systems like Jonathan was doing...With these measures, corruption & looting will be prevented and greatly reduced, while some outstanding and fallout cases which will be negligible can now be mopped up by anti-graft agencies supported by the judiciary...

National orientation agency will play a great role in the reorientation of citizenry, and reawakening of our value systems as well as educating populace on holding leadership accountable starting from their locality; since corruption isn't about central government alone but is rooted in our country grassroots especially state and local governments and even children catch the malaise from very young age...

Note..that corruption can't be removed 100% but can be reduced minimally...
PoliticsRe: Rochas Okorocha’s Ludicrous Plea For Aid To Pay Salaries. by Whynotthetruth(m):
I keep telling some sycophantic folks here like Passingshot, contactmorak, ujoatu, abagworo, berem etc who prefer partisanship to patriotism that scammers like Rochas of Imo state, Aregbesola of Osun state, Suswam of Benue state etc has no business in governance...compared to states like Anambra who get less in allocation but have more development projects and are even increasing salaries in the face of falling oil prices with prompt payment...Rochas is big scam...

These folks invent excuses when they were elected to provide solutions...They circulate propaganda where common sense should hold supreme...They shift their responsibilities to Jonathan whereas they are custodian of their state resources...While they owe workers they don't owe themselves and their aides...
Science/TechnologyRe: Electricity Supply Drops To 2,817.05MW - Federal Ministry Of Power by Whynotthetruth(m): 9:30pm On May 08, 2015
francizy:
My dear brother, I have to say the truth in this case. Jonathan failed in terms of power sector. He had a power minister that worked and got Nigerians enjoying power almost constant supply but had to let him resign because the cabals and generator importers were not happy. Prof Berth would have transformed the power sector for good if he had been there till now. He didn't stay for long and worked magic but resigned due to some pressure. When I see the truth, I will say.

That doesn't mean he didn't try in agricultural sector and railway sector which has been abandoned for decades.
Just like my moniker, I support you to live and say the truth always. But be sure that we live by the rules...

1)Power sector is a highly technical field to discuss...From my little knowledge, an average power plant takes about 36months(3years) to be designed and built provided there's no hiccup along the line...otherwise a longer time would be taken...

2)Barth performed NO magic. I was in contact with an official then. Rise in power generation was thanks to rise in water level during rainy season which coincidentally was when Barth was there, and this allowed for increased generation...not any magic by him bro...

3)There was a conflict of interest in his discharge of duty. If Jonathan didn't allow him to resign. Other companies that had their bid jeopardized by the presence of Barth and his company; Geometric energy would have destroyed the whole exercise with litigations. Check the resources and time to be lost in the process after which the case would be lost too due to the clear evidence of breach of terms and conditions by Barth in favour of his company...It's about the rules bro....

4)I desire constant and improved energy supply too...but its not a Jonathan thing...it takes all to be involved... People see these vandals and keep mute...People send these vandals to do these dirty job...These vandals are Nigerians too...Do we want Jonathan to do alone?...let's do our part bro...I pray APC buhari succeeds with this power wahala...thanks

thanks for copying me...do so always...
Now, I asked you for a proof yesterday that shows that we were producing 4000-4500mw as at 2010...I am yet to receive any...
Back to topic; I see that human factor as in vandalism is responsible here so also nature factor of reduced water level...If we really desire electricity, all these sabotage which I see as both political and economical will stop...As for now, let's enjoy the darkness...

btw Atiku of APC and others are big time dealers in generators hence I wonder how much interest they have in having this sector survive...Just like Oando of Tinubu and co feed fact from subsidy hence won't want subsidy to go or do you think it was coincidence that the fight against Jonathan bid to end subsidy in 2012 was hottest in Lagoshuh....

I point at blackmail because you can't scoop gas which is gaseous/vapour/flammable if you burst these pipelines rather it is simply sabotage... Nigeria we hail thee...

BTW who knows the stage of work at Jonathan biggest dam project in the north...As in that $1billion dollar damhuh...CC barcanista...do you about stage of work there nowhuh

Even if you say it 20 times a lie will never become the truth. Rochas came out to deny the links claiming he owed teachers for 13 months.

What you fail to understand is that since 2013 GEJ stopped allocating 5-7B per month to Imo state as it used to be. Rochas said he started receiving 2-3B. Same with Amaechi and even Aregbesola complained as well. That is why the FG has to shoulder most of the brunt. The 36 states only share 26% of Nigeria’s revenue. FG gets 52%. If revenue is dwindling then the FG is to blame for the gross mismanagement.
Nna, I don't do propaganda and lies like you and Rochas... I follow good governance and constitutionality... Allocation to states are a product of constitutionality not under the whims and caprices of anybody including Jonathan... thanks and good pm...

I just listed a handful and you're already being this defensive!

FYI, we generated between 4,000MW and 4,500MW in 2010 (it peaked at 4,600MW). In 2014 it hovered between 3,000 and 3,500 MW and was even recorded at 2,000MW in February of this year.

"Minister for Power, Prof. Chinedu Nebo, on Wednesday attributed the drop in power generation to vandalism of oil and gas pipelines. The power generation stood at 2,000 megawatts yesterday, he said".
I can see some record where we generated 4000/4500mw in 2010huh...Finally, where is your evidence that Jonathan didn't perform above average in power sector as well as other sectorshuh...thanks

Now I know you are not smart a bit. Did you do Logic or GST in school?

My first sentence = SW supports true federalism.
My 2nd sentence = Reaffirms my first.
My 3rd sentence = APC was against the confab.

Can anyone logically conclude or infere from the two statements above that APC = SW? It is surely a fallacy to say that.
gringringrin nawa for APC and her "smart" chaps...

Whynotthetruth :
Aregbesola has shown it by his inept dependence on oil alone just like Rochas of IMO state too...so also others...and more so, they are against the confab that did a quasi restructuring of the system... More reason, the north wanted Jonathan out so as to kill the report implementation...

PassingShot:
The SW has always been the vanguard of campaign for true federalism from time immemorial and evidence abound. So, stop making it sound otherwise. APC was
against the confab for suspicions of hidden agenda of PDP/GEJ and not because of opposition to true federalism.
Lastly, drop the idea of "the north wanted Jonathan out". The fact is that GEJ failed beyond pardon and he was voted against by Nigerians. If he performed to just above
average of his promises, he would have remained a president even if all the Tinubus and the whole north didn't want him.

Whynotthetruth :
APC is against resource control too as they are against regionalism...hence the reason the north wanted Jonathan out to avoid any chance of its implementation...
and they cashed in on jagaban thirst for power and his people bandwagon allegiance to APC as their own party...

Jonathan's unfulfilled promises are well documented. just take a few of them:
– Deliver stable, constant supply of electricity
– Ensure Nigerians do not use generators more than twice a week
– Explore deposits in Benue and Kogi state to improve power supply
– Raise power generation to 4747MW by December 2011 – Introduce 5-year term budgeting
– Create 1.5 million jobs in 2 years
– Bring industries to Niger Delta
– Strive to revive the Ajaokuta steel complex
– Strive to revive the Itakpe iron company
cheesygrin

Kindly note that you equated SW to APC now by your own accord...but you were denying that SW bandwagon and sheepish following of APC was due to lack of leadership by Jonathan, than their sense of entitlement to APC as their regional party...hence can NEVER see any reason why a Tinubu should he stopped from raping the state cum regional treasury to death through looting...Imagine, APC states construction of one kilometer road at whopping 1billion both in lagos, Edo, etc and their supporters are happy singing them to high heavens...God have mercy...

And this cannot be achieved before true federalism is achieved? Don't we currently have the LGs set up to develop their locality?

If anything, each federating state should be supported to be able to harness her God-given resources before going the way of true federalism.

Besides, why hasn't been anyone of the SS reps to sponsor a bill clamoring for a return to FF if the region so much believe in it and desire it? Why must it be initiated by the central government?

Was it the APC governors that borrowed the monies for the FG?
I am for good governance not blackmail like you do mostly here hence I pointed out your hypocrisy to you...Rochas of Imo state, Aregbesola of osun state etc has messed up the state treasuries notwithstanding Rochas huge allocation while aregbesola gets a modest allocation as compared to states in their cadre like Anambra which isn't an oil producing state yet but doing far better than these APC states with no single debt and is even increasing salary of its workforce by 15% more in the midst of so-called scarcity...

When these APC states mess up, instead of the masses holding them accountable as grassroot government, they shift the blame to FG to hide their lack of leadership and sincerity to electorates...To me, What reason has Rivers state to borrow and even owe workershuh Lagos state has no reason borrowing as much as it is doing now with nothing to show for it eg $1Billion loan for light rail whose delivery date was July 2013. Till now, there's nothing to show for it and the loan is there to be repaired...But APC and its minions can't see such...they only see Jonathan...ndonu

Their online scumscrubbers have no choice but to tone down their inane rhetoric and turn into unsolicited advisers.

This is one veiled little baby step in trying to return back to the fold of progress minded individuals. Your antics aren't gonna fly boy. Look for another lease of life. There would be no protection or ministerial aide position for you here.

Save all your advice for the many PDP minions like yourself on this forum. Hard times lie ahead for you lot. You would need those economic advice more than ever.
