I was in Imo state during Ohakim's term and subsequent Rochas coming to power...And I am telling you that those buildings especially the big roundish two abi three storey building which is almost opposite DSS gate was built by Ohakim...It was then Ohakim also started remodelling the gate that led to that big building alongside other buildings therein...I know all the places in that place and the routes through that government house...

IMO STATE GOVERNMENT HOUSE WAS NOT THE FILTH YOU PAINTED IT TO BE UNDER OHAKIM(I am not his fan but I hate lies and liars)...

Amechi's case was a state affair but Oputa was national. The circumstances that led to them weren't same. Nigeria came out with a bloody nose from military dictatorship and needed some soothing balms to douse the tension, acrimony and heat in the land...it was a people's court that was religiously followed by most Nigerians because it had a significant effect on the polity...buhari shunned this just as he shunned debates on flimsy reasons...
