2. He was admitted into NDA and not employment yet. The NDA was a prerequisite to employment. If the Army as at then believe that he should be admitted into NDA as an SS3, of what fault is Buhari?
3. If SS3 was fall short of prerequisite, wasn't that why did he attanded Sandhurst? Was it in tandem with the Army policy? If no then it is curruption. But if yes?

IMO STATE GOVERNMENT HOUSE WAS NOT THE FILTH YOU PAINTED IT TO BE UNDER OHAKIM(I am not his fan but I hate lies and liars)...
