This Normal Law superceeds the constitution because they are no longer governed by it (Note: Whoever is governed by the constitution must obey it. Clearly they have no regard for it brcause

This statements bears to most readers that buhari asserted that he (Buhari) can't comply with the constitution WHEN elected President. This would be misleading as Buhari was referring to the situation he worked upon when he was HOS and not withthe current democratic setting we're in. Hope you get where the contradiction was born

A martial law superceeds the normal law..... if they we're to continue with the normal law that allows for corrupt practices, why declare a Martial Law in the first place..

All contracts invoices must come thru my table before any contractor could get paid and the invoices go to Cashier office after verification. If there is any contractor here, let him come forward to dispute what I m saying. However, I don't know if the system has now been changed

So my position as verification officer(every contracts awarded payment-Invoices must go thru my table) afforded me to know everything about all awarded contracts or d ones being awarded and paid for......

Some contractors are not happy the way things are going, not because things r not going the right way but because they r used to the wrong ways of doing business with government.

Talking from experience, the way we used to execute federal government contract back then is quiet different from the way it is done now. The contractors don't like it but that is the rightt way.
