Actually, folly, why in the known universe do you still claim to be an 'atheist' when you clearly claim to know what's in the box?

op, no time for one of my tomes. how do you reconcile your point 4 with your point 1?

how do you classify a positive or negative stance on a negative claim that cannot be proven, something most atheists would agree with you over certain gods, eg some true watchmaker deistic gods, as a valid 'belief' (within this context ice)? there is no evidence, nothing, to back up said claim, so why should I believe or disbelieve in it?

note that amongst many things you ignore the variety of claims for god. god y != god x. but I'll save that and more for an epistle (if bothered, ie)

of course I do Wiegraf, God (Yahweh ) created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him male and female he created them.
Then he abandoned them. That's not responsible, is it? So why are you blaming this solely on man? Especially considering your version of the creator, which is omnixx.x?

Let's see, I create an earthquake, (proxy or no even,) it kills a couple of hapless folk. I now bear no responsibility?

The pack of cards fall from there.

The little not related to that, eg burden of proof, does not really merit attention imo. So meh

"WHY THE F.UCK ARE YOU TELLING ME THESE THINGS?? WTF DO YOU BELIEVE THEM?? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?! AND DID YOU EVEN SEE THESE WITH YOUR EYES SEF"

A meek 'no' as a reply

"WTF? EVEN WORSE. WTF DO YOU BELIEVE THESE THINGS?!"

'Our grand-parents and co are the ones that saw these things'

huh

OK. HOLD ON. WHERE WERE THEY WHEN OYINBO CONQUERED US?!"

"Today, these things don't work. It's all computers. Now if you take a computer to these folk, they just stop working"

huh

huh

huh

After a bit of pressing, the excuses went from "they were unaware their brothers and sisters were being enslaved', 'it was no catastrophe to them", "their jazz was not strong or suited for that type of warfare. They now had to upgrade, therefore today we now have superior jazz men with gun cancelling jazz (to his credit, he says the gun will never fire, not that the bullets will bounce off a la luffy and his gomu gomu fruit). He now swears, by his god (which I believe explicitly states such is not possible except by his power, or something similar), that if he gets enough money (something like 10 mill, with perhaps human eyes, etc, (yes he told me this, stuff like eyes) as ingredients), he'll get me this special jazz. Someone in his family apparently has some even....

BTW, this dude was nearly hijacked a few days ago. He had a very close call (well, if he's to be believed, as I didn't note any scars from purported struggles, though I didn't care to check). I can only assume they intended to use his eyes or something similar, for this nonsense he's on about. In other words, here he is defending this folly when it very nearly sent him to the grave. (there's the possibility they meant to ransom him though. Yes, this clowns pops has money. Including oil money. He went to schools, at least those that could tolerate him)

I then ask him about santa. He's never heard of santa. I explain thus, patiently; every xmas, santa himself gives presents to every good child in the world. I clarify, to make sure he understands every single detail, properly. He does so himself, flying around and dropping through chimneys. I am very clear so nothing is lost in translation. Again, I ask him if he thinks this is possible

"It can happen"

8 don do sef, time to drive him. He was nearly kidnapped while hiding in my place. He cajoled and manipulated his way, despite my extreme, clearly demonstrated irritation, into letting him sleep in my place that night.

Before we knew what was happening, it was about 11 PM, then out came all the begging and promises. He would shut up through the night, won't disturb me. It's unlikely he'll get transport and his car's down. etc etc. The near-kidnappers then call him later on, about 12:30ish, claiming there's an emergency nearby and he should come to the rescue of a friend. The rest, as they say, is history.

If they had been successful, I wonder who his father, and his oil money, would have first suspected, hmmm? Especially as I'm openly devil worshiper atheist.

F..ing nepa sef.. Should be watching chelski... Need inverter

And he's out. Thank god

BTW, why friends? He's a good guy, mostly. Eg, trying to save friend about 1AM. His culture though, that needs some work....

Follow s-l-o-w-l-y

So, as no one's been convicted, for a rather new law mind you, yet, that makes the law fine? You're waiting for the damn to bust before doing something about it? Sit around and do nothing until someone gets jailed?

Let's see...

We have apostasy laws in some muslim countries that haven't yet been enforced (make no mistake, they've been enforced in some, including by you xtians in bygone eras, but that's another story). But they are there. So, as those laws are yet to be enacted, that makes them acceptable?

Supposing a native CEO in such a country decided to share he were xtian after noticing that good and proper bigots, very much like yourself, treat xtians like shiite, and he wanted to show that xtians are simply people too, he would be doing something bad?

I've not even touched on how demonizing these folk leads to other problems for them. Prison is far from the only injustice you clowns inflict on them and their families. Or the silliness of suggesting he shouldn't ever mention his private life, when just about everywhere normal dinner talk would involve questions like 'How's your family doing?', etc etc. Only good and proper heteros have the right to answer or discuss such issues?

But that's all the time I have for you....

Tim is 54 and he thinks this is the right time to announce this. Why didn't he do it before becoming CEO?
On a business level, imagine buying an Apple product for your kids and they find out that the CEO of a company that makes those "cool stuffs" is gay! My God!
If Tim's parents were gay, would he have been born?
Gays deceiving themselves that it is genetic! I beg your pardon! It is not! It is a function of dysfunctional childhood experiences.

I'll ignore the rest of the nonsense and just focus on the bolded.

Really? What of those who might end up in prison for 14 years? Their friends, families?

What of all us sane folk that simply cannot stand watching such barbarism in the 21st century?

Then again, considering you sociopaths have no problems with watching people roast forever in this your hell fire, 14 years in a prison would qualify as a holiday I guess

Hmm. sadly, you do have a point.

Applying the option though, that is both free and paid without ads, shouldn't affect those after the free version. Alas, I doubt many would understand that due to cultural reasons as you state. And perhaps it's not worth the hassle of extra development, even if it's just removing some plugin or the other.

Very funny how black man is here telling oyinbo how to go about handling his religion. You have your own, in no way inferior to theirs. Go work on those.

You think he cares about your silly ideals from circa 300AD? (The 300BC ones from the greek are better and more relevant sef.) He's concerned with his influence were the power is, the west, not you.

And his efforts are in vain. Inevitably, the relevance of his organization will be relegated to that of the Grannny's Football League lowest division (no offence to the grannies).

Op, didn't want to reply until actually testing it. My chinko sadly doesn't have the power to run it smoothly, so couldn't get very far. Anyways, as I love to hear the sound of my voice (metaphorically) a few notes pls;

-A few typos. Eg, evill and misterious

-That Unity camera seems to be doing an awful job. Yes, I know. Fixing that would likely be a mean feat, unless they have other viable options out of the box. But even at that, you'd still need to do another round of testing, etc. And the camera might be bad only on my chinko and its likes, with their (somewhat, at times) crappy hardware simply incapable of keeping up.

(I will try on an emulator later though. You could post apk here if you're inclined so others can directly install/play. Only technically savvy would be able to install it, therefore it shouldn't effect your ratings/usage stats on google play.

Then again, I make this request simply because I'm lazy and therefore may be lying. Maybe not so many users have problems installing apks directly. So, if you think it will affect the numbers, don't post the apk. I'll extract it when I'm cured of my lazytitis, less busy etc)

-Little tutorials as to how the game mechanics work may help? (Again, I didn't get very far, so you may have already added that... rendering this suggestion useless.... anyhoo)

-It does say it features in app purchases. Maybe one of you dudes ticked a check box accidentally

That said, I'm definitely not saying in app purchases are somehow bad. I purchase them myself on games like say NSS, but implementation is sometimes rather poor (even NSS handles some aspects of it absolutely horrendously. I do think they make more money on that model though, but they had to suck us into the system first by giving us near free 'trials' for a few years, getting us hooked. If they hadn't done that, don't think they'd have been successful). Man must wack, and deservedly so. I just hope that if and when you implement, you do so 'reasonably' (<- note, reasonable is subjective).

Options abound. Eg, you could have a paid version available, even now, which gets rid of those pesky ads. That may generate a wee bit of revenue. Eventually, like you stated earlier, add in app purchases just as NSS did (which hopefully get rid of those pesky ads as well smiley, even if just for a period of time) for certain nice but non-essential perks. Eg added powers of a sort, extra levels etc.

^^^ Note, all above; speaking out of my behind

More grease to your elbows. And you seem to have used contextual music to great effect in the little time I spent with it, that's excellent!

Good lucking with future endeavors

EvilBrain1:
Since you already have a capable laptop, my advice is to build a desktop. Its far cheaper to get a powerful one than a gaming laptop. 200k is over $1000 and can get you a monster PC is you pick the right parts. Even a $400 PC outperforms both new consoles so you have more than enough cash to build something that will satisfy you for years to come. You can use this build guide to give an idea of what you might need. The only thing is that it mainly recommends AMD CPUs because of price/performance ratio and you might need something more powerful for your work. If you're doing say video editing or something very CPU intensive, then you might want to spring for an Intel i5 or i7.

As far as getting all this stuff locally, I advise you to forget about that unless you want to pay double. Plus Nigerians mostly sell outdated stuff anyway.Shop for the best prices on Newegg, tigerdirect and Amazon. Its now easy and affordable to ship things down here using services like MyUS.com and shoptomydoor.com so you shouldn't have any problem.
Well, that links a little ridiculous. Even after slapping on the SSD and superior gpu augments, the i5 "the end all" option, and an 'end all' option vetted for by an active reddit community, still comes up to just about N150k. Only thing I'm undecided about is if should I go for the similarly priced geforce 960 (if compatible with board, ie) rather than the AMD... Hmmm, decisions...

It also seems like if used prudently etisalats 'unlimited' plan should be able to download ~10gig for under N1,500. Still a bit expensive, but at least saner than the drivel our telcos so graciously usually offer us. (Don't particularly blame them though, the greedy politicians/authorities that should be on top of this on the other hand... [s]Either ways, if pushed, there are perhaps other ways to get bandwidth[/s].)

Just saw Bioshock Infinite for something like $7 on steam. I wonder if it works with accelerators like IDM? With PS+ for instance, if a download fails, it fails. All that data down the drain. No attempts to fix just the broken bits, so risky attempting large downloads with little resources (eg, I do have bioshock on my account, but likely not going to risk it even after coming across the etisalat offer). Torrents are frankly the best option for files of these sizes. But of course, I'm yet to try out steam. Hopefully it's more stable/flexible than PS+

Anyways, adding all that up and assuming stable internet, I come up with getting the most visually stunning version of bioshock, legally, for less than N2,500 (minus rig price of course, but rig not meant for just gaming. A lot of virtualization, for instance, will be done). And most of that expense down to our silly data plans.

Reasonable. So, PC mastah race, here I come. I suppose

And yes, only in 9ja would some numbskull pay over 200k for a freaking iPad...Kayi

EvilBrain1:
Prebuilt rigs are fine for PC gaming. All you need is to add a graphics card and you're good to go.

Make sure you buy at most a core i5 (quad core). Don't waste your money on an i7, that's serious overkill for gaming purposes and the extra money can be better spent on the GPU. The Xbox one and PS4 both use pathetic netbook CPUs that aren't even close to an i3 in terms of power, so an i5 is more than enough for the foreseeable future. If you're short of cash, you can get an AMD processor which is much cheaper than Intel. Plus AMD have the advantage of having more CPU cores so they'll cope well on games that are designed around the new consoles before being ported to PC.

Get the most powerful graphics card you can afford from the latest generation. If you have crazy money you should get the nvidia geforce 970 for about $320. It easily runs the most demanding games at 1080p/60fps and produces very little heat so you can overclock it and it'll last longer than hotter cards if you use the default clockspeed. Even the cheaper cards like the nvidia 750Ti and the AMD R9 270 still outperform the new consoles and they cost relative peanuts.
Oga, abeg, more reccomends. The best I could find locally (within my budget ie, which is at most a (paltry) 200, but about 150 is what I'd be happier with), ie laptops strictly, come armed with geforce 850M cards. At reasonable pricing too. But I wonder if you know of a places locally, yet to have discovered the joys of the internets, where I could find, say, 860+ cards at reasonable pricing

Or should I just get a powerful, somewhat multipurpose, desktop? I do have an i7 laptop and I'm the very definition of a 'power' user, so even it struggles considerably from time to time. Perhaps getting a work machine then switching using the laptop just for demoing, etc would be the way to go for me (I do work mostly from home). I would need at least an i5 (but likely more) GPU goodies and if possible and an SSD for the windows partition (so not necessarily a big one). Would a desktop with such stats cost too much? Any ideas as to local options, or am I stuck with Amazon? Do you have a gaming rig you have on some sort of wishlist that's less than 200k (or 150, better sef)?

Thanks

did you purposely choose such a motely crew? the common denominator here, for the most part, is a (usually strong) disdain for the common religious syndrome, aka sheepletitis. this will inevitably lead to a list featuring xters with strong, and importantly, original wills with regards to certain issues, even if not overtly displayed in all cases. in other words, people who like to think for themselves and perhaps have a slight dash of idealism.

as for spirituality, the only thing I can say just now, without giving it much thought really, would be that music would be the one thing that immediately evokes something akin to a 'spiritual' experience in me. primarily, I'd say this is down to my number one source of spirituality; a fascination with the unknown. usually this comes from science, or at least certain types/aspects of it. exploring new ideas of a certain variety is where it's at, but not necessarily so. stuff like emotions or the simple human condition do also play as catalysts.

will contribute/elaborate more with time, thought etc.
