Get help immediately from drug rehab centres or the Psychiatric Hospital. Note that it's not only insane people that are treated there. Normal people with temporary issues arising from drug abuse or emotional trauma are well managed there. If possible, confide in a parent.

Most drug addicts get their drugs from patent medicine stores because when they go to pharmacies for such drugs the pharmacist would ask for doctor's prescription. So, they head straight to the patent medicine stores. These patent medicine dealers hide such drugs in their shops or nearby rooms and sell them to those addicts.

If the government really wants to check the menace of drug abuse then there is need to clamp down on those patent medicine dealers. Some of them combine selling such drugs with provision or cosmetics business and this they do to cover up their illicit trades.
