Government should look for people who are agriculturally minded in crops and animal husbandry, send them to brazil and China on scholarship(3-6 months), Let them learn how these people mass produce crops and animals. Then come back to Nigeria and assist them to set up huge Farms and animal produce.

We have over 30 accredited colleges of agriculture in Nigeria, graduating students every year. Food security should not be a problem.
