Guys that are experienced in aliexpress shopping pls I need your help.
I successfully funded my aliexpress wallet and placed order for the items in my cart. I didn't get the message for Successful Order but the amount was deducted from my Aliexpress pocket. Under aliexpress pocket spent tab, the money was deducted for the items but the items are still under Orders awaiting payment. When I click on Pay now, I get payment unsuccessful message. I have chatted with Customer service concerning the issue and they promised to send me a resolution mail within 1-3 working days. This is the 3rd day I've not seen any mail. The money has not been returned to my Aliexpress pocket nor the Orders confirmed.
I'm so confused and don't know what to do next. I don't know what will happen if this issue is not resolved before the aliexpress pocket service is discontinued on 1st January 2017.
I need help

Hello money brokers in d house, pls I'm curious as to why PayPal has a lower exchange rate(I.e to naira) as compared to others such as skrill, neteller n co.

Likewise what determines d exchange rate, e.g why is neteller's value higher than that of skrill

Depends on what you want, redmi note 3 special edition for Glo 4g, aside that all Xioami phones are 4G capable. Between redmi note 4 and redmi note 3 depends on personal preference. Redmi note 4 is slightly faster and with slightly better metal finish for the design and also has a 64gig rom version . Redmi note 3 pro has better battery performance and slightly better camera according to reviews, and is also cooler too, with better sound output. For me personally, I prefer the redmi note 3 pro for the above stated reasons.

Good contest

But I don't like the method of selection

If I don't have many facebook friends or contact I obviously can't win...

I thought they'd be judges in-house to pick the best

I placed an order for Redmi 3s for my sister last month and it was just delivered to me from NIPOST free of charge. Is that the new trend now?

There is a fraudster on this forum scamming people of their hard earned money, I advertised to sell my skrill fund about $150, after sending him the funds on Wednesday night, he replied on Thursday to tell me his account has been limited because of the funds he received from me, and I should send another fund to his company account, so he can know if the fault is from his account or mine.
I told him to send me a screenshot of the limitation notice, he refused to show me, I contacted skrill, skrill replied that the money has been moved from his account.

when I told him Skrill response, he reluctantly sent the screenshot of the limitation message, I looked at the screenshot closely, it was purely Photoshop, check the time on the top right it was changed to 5:04 from 9. I noticed his numbers are not going through for calls only on WhatsApp.

I begin to wonder if its account limitation am sending funds for or the $$ he wants to buy. He is refusing to pay for the $$$.
