NettyNelly: Well done I believe it's a #80 - #90 stock as well. I started looking at the stock at #49, but I didn't buy cause it's not the type of business I would like to hold for a long time.
They are really struggling with energy cost and I couldn't see a favourable runway ahead of the business, like most of my portfolio businesses. If I was a trader I would have loaded up and hold it for a year for capital appreciation. Loaded at N44+ Already in 38% profit... Na stock for the patient ... Lack of liquidity as stated up here is a feature... Na just to factor am into the equation... Na N80 stock pre covid .... It should reach that price by April/May... |

TOPCRUISE: Is it that there were no fuel or ammo in those trucks that the army have to flee and abandon them. Why would our soldiers feel at ease and not expect a counter attack from the enemy after they have attacked them earlier and foolishly repeatedly claiming that insurgency had been largely defeated and frequently underplaying any losses. That is nonsense overconfidence. Those ISWAP guys are battle hardened.... This is not a conventional war.... FG need to hire battle hardened mercenaries combined with few of our special forces trained on counter insurgency... Let this elite unit report straight to the Presidency... But some tenants are even crazy and wicked.
In all,let them take their madness to the court if they can't resolve it.
Anytime I thought of building a house for rent I just feel sick. I respect those who are doing it honestly.
It is not economically wise at all. I see those building houses as people who just want to help the govt in areas they have failed.
If u check out the economic viability u will see that it is not the best investment.
Rather, buying an old house, rehabilitating and reselling it gives u more money than renting. There is no best investment.... Every investment has its bad days ...and good days... The key thing is having multiple sources of income to cover your ass When the need arises... |

I hope you understand such impossibility. If what Jesus Christ wanted was in line with the will of God, He wouldn't have prayed for so long. At the end of that long prayer, what did Jesus say? 👇 “My Father, if this cup cannot pass unless I drink it, may Your will be done.” Whats the motive for 40 days and nites in the wilderness ? It's just another incantation to copycat what they felt the real speaking in tongues denoted. It wasn't done the way it is done today. Then, those with the spirit spoke just a language and the spirit ensured those from different tribes understood, and the goal was to spread the news...not some rashidi yekini yamaha tundra susuki done by your fake pastors. if the goal was only to spread the news... What would you be saying for hours? Or repeating what was said earlier to make the prayer long to score holy points are allowed? Even Jesus taught a short prayer...the model prayer called the Lord's Prayer popularly known as the "Our Faher." He taught his disciples how easy and non-repetitive of what to pray about when they asked to be taught. According to the Bible, God already knows your needs even before you ask...na only you know wetin you go dey talk for hours.

Streetinvestor2: I will still stand by my opinion. You have right to yours.T pain did the right thing in removing the subsidy on fuel and dollars. The move on tax is another good one.The subsidy on dollars is the most stupid thing that has ever existed. I will say it clear because I have personal friends who benefited from fuel subsidy without bringing a drop of fuel into this country. We could have subsidy in education, health and agricultural in different ways and managed better. It doesn't change the fact that T pain was never voted by majority of naija people. Inec rubbished the election. Whether T pain or anyone else if I see good policy moves I will still support such idea.Thr was never anytime that would have been best to let those two nonsense go.I wish it was done as far back as during obj.I won't still vote for t pain because he does rank high for me in integrity as a person. I value integrity alot in human Cabal is an inherent feature of any sector in Naija.... They will evolve once subsidy is in place in education health or agriculture... Is the true picture of PMS consumption not clear now? It's all about the right strategies and wisdom. GeneralDae: Nah getting 4 refineries to work in a year is rocket science especially if you are replacing old parts not just doing turn around maintenance. It would have been foolish for Tinubu to keep waiting on the refineries while the country continued to bleed via ways and means debt and other debts. Bleed via debt... U mean debt collected to feed their cronies... Where do we start from ? Budgeting N=5.2b for Ajaokuta that has never produced a single steel in the history of mankind. or loot of N2.24 trillion inserted in the budget for Constituency projects.... or padded budget scandal...or N500 billion lunch money palliatives for Honourable Members .. BAT understands this terrain very well. Scatter everywhere first then we will arrange it back. People fail to realize that some cabals were benefiting from the status quo and will do everything for those conditions not to be met Getting 4 refineries to work in a year ... is not a rocket science... Bros D political will is just lacking... U dont kill your citizens with hunger and starvation... in the name of scattering everywhere.... Bovis: Tell us what the government should do differently? After all the years of subsidies didn’t translate to nationwide developments but huge debts and massive corruption
Venezuela and Norway are classic examples of two rich resource countries that you should go and research before you condemn the current government policies
Tax Reforms are desperately needed because there’s no ‘Representation without Taxation’. I wonder why previous administrations didn’t implement this policy especially our PHD holder Goodluck Jonathan that squandered the funds in the excess crude account and many other opportunities I am a fan of BAT... But he was in haste with his reforms.... At least 2 refineries and Dangote Refinery need to start... operation before even looking at subsidy removal... That's one of the conditions in the KPMG report before inauguration.... Both removal of subsidy and floating of exchange rate pushed more people into poverty... that's roughly 129m Nigerians....under poverty line..... ...that less than N3500/day to survive.... How far an tax reforms go....with hunger & starvation emerging... We are broke according to BAT and yet we have a bloated admin.... Big boyz are feeding fat while the masses should endure the pains.... Maybe BAT need to look at the Argentine President who achieved the impossible... *Inflation plummeted to 2% monthly.... *Poverty declined from 57% to 46%.... *Argentina achieved its first fiscal surplus in 123 years.... *Cut govt ministries from 18 to 8... |
