1. Tonye is not a factional candidate. He is the one officially recognized by the National Working Committee of the APC and his name is the one on the PH slot as released by the APC
2. Abe cannot pick a running mate except at another election. He's not recognized by the NWC and his name is not sent to INEC as the APC authentic candidate
