Well I think depending on the quality of the domain, the population of the cit for geos, the competition, the buyers quick response and the overall patience in the business. Some sell faster just to keep the flow going.

When you have a ready made buyer or desperate buyer, you will know. Some won't even bother to check the price listed on the market and say they are interested, the as a smart business man, you can adjust to make offer and let him decide themselves, then negotiations will start.
My first ever sale was listed for $750 in afternic, and make offer in outbounding, offers came in for 3k, I was desperate to accept because I thought it was not real, then he went mute after I accepted may be he saw the speed that I accepted and used his smart instinct to override my emotions and inexperience. Some gurus would have sold it for 5k above because of experience they have. Then i Followed up after I quickly adjusted the price to make offer on afternic before he will go there and buy. So u see u have to be fast and smart at times. Eventually he said no much funds again and down negotiated it to 1500$ and paid within 48 hours.

Then if you have received concurrent mails from a trial products or a subscription from a website trying to sell something to u, you will agree that they have many tactics as a follow up to convince you especially when they see you keep on opening the mails but not decided and price still slightly same. That's just being a business man to convince the buyer. You can be creative in your follow up too.
Not a rocket science, but knows what works and using your instincts. Then many names the sellers not willing to renew comes in cheaper outbounding price many times. So just to let it go and keep the money coming. Here we have young and old, big or small , ready to learn and get motivations, from each other without sentiment and selfishness. That's the spirit. Learn and learn and learn and learn.....

Learn from this episode bro. Do research yourself to determine if it's a good name or not. Asking for appraisals on an unregistered name publicly like this is a sure fire way for you to donate names to the human dropcatchs here.

Cladding is not a "very" rich keyword imo, but it might sell, outbound without price and see if some will show interest

City + Flowers
City + PestControl
City + Bikes

Now, to be clear, the value of the name will depend on
what city we are talking about. I have sold many
names with the keywords listed, with US cities. I
usually focus on cities with at least a 200K
population. Once in a while sell smaller cities names.
Your pricing will also impact how fast you sell the
domain or if you ever sell it. If you happen to register TampaPlumber.com and price it at a few thousand, I doubt you will be able to sell it. You might have to sit
on that name for years. Now, if you price it under $500, it would have a very high probability of selling if you offer it to end-users.
