Dey there, guys faking up as females to get quick attention here.

I know right

ElonMosque:
It's not by force to buy the domain. UK are more stubborn with thier extension than Canada. Aussies are also stubborn.

Thanks for boss, Noted.

UmerK:
Yes, it can but UK market is a tough one. They mostly prefer CCTLD.

I would recommend getting US geos or cities like Birmingham and London which are in both UK and US/Canada.

Noted, Thanks Boss.

Promxy94:
Most times they would want to stick to their countries Tld (co.uk) since that is what is mainly used in the Uk.

But that doesn't rule out the fact that they can still want to own the (.com)

So try Outbounding, besides Leicester is also a town in Massachusetts with a population of over 10k.

Thanks boss, I appreciate.

Guys, if a domain is in .com and all of the end users vying for the keyword are using .co.uk can that domain sell?

Example you have: LeicesterPlumbing.com

And end users have thus:

LeicesterPlumbing.co.uk
PlumbingInLeicester.co.uk
PlumbingLeicester.co.uk
e.t.c

jamih I've sent you a PM, please reply.

Yay!

I've finished the portfolio site.

I want to re-create some landing pages, like Netflix and Microsoft landing pages, they look a bit complex and challenging.

I've found a Domain that I'll register, it have fullfil all of the criteria, it's a geo domain though.

-Short.

-It's GEO+SERVICE Not SERVICE+GEO.

-It have like 10 end-users competing for the keyword.

So yeah, I'm looking forward to aquire it.

I don't think I'll be going for the training anymore, it's darn expensive and one guy complained that he couldn't sell a single domain after the training, so why will I even gamble it?

I'll just dig and read more from blogs and namepros.

Yesterday, two of my WhatsApp contacts sent me their pictures with a short note, 'Tomorrow is my birthday' bla bla bla.

I changed my status settings to share with only ' 'and I marked their contacts, I uploaded their birthday pictures and wish them LLNP.

They quoted the status and said thank you, I appreciate that yen yen yen.

Now, here is the thing, I honestly don't care about their birthdays, from the bottom of my heart that post I made was blatantly fake, but they appreciated it and they were happy, because that's the norms, they conform to it, I did that too, when I was 18, I even went to a photo studio and snapped, I made sure I sent the picture to all of my WhatsApp Contacts, lol.

On the contrary, I could've been the foe of the day if they didn't saw themselves in my status, it's funny.

Everyone have a happiness trigger, may ours not be WhatsApp Statuses.

I haven't finished 'Lean Start-up', I'll go on binge reading these days.

I've got many books to read, I'll share their names here.

emmyyang and gafmod, you guys should send in your WhatsApp digits for the guide, I can't access my mail atm.

I'm creating a simple portfolio site with pure CSS and HTML.

NEPA took off the light, I could have finish up today.

I'll talk about my stand on the training tomorrow.

Get a Laptop.

Done.

I've started practising HTML and CSS last night, that's what I'll be doing for the next two weeks.

Expireddomains.net is now my new home, always checking out newly dropped domains and also marking some in my watchlist.

The way sales alerts are dropping in that thread is motivating and tempting too, you'll feel like buying one right away.

I'm Alone at home and it feels good, no disturbances whatsoever.

Alhamdulillah
Just won my first contest at squadhelp, $135.

Congratulations Boss.

Liftkid:
Its best found in auction. nevertheless, you could find it at totally dropped list.

Maybe, I will be posting a filter that will help in finding from totally expired.

Note; It won't be 100% accurate but very close.

Alright bro, Thanks for the insights

Liftkid:
I do not really care about that brother.

Bro please can you shed light on how to find park-able domains

Sallah have came and pass.

My WhatsApp peeps are still posting their Sallah pics.

Some will be like

Sallah Day 1 Pictures....Upto Day 3.

I didn't snap any picture for Sallah because i think it's not necessary.

I'll go back to my base tomorrow ISA.

Nothing has been happening lately just the normal rumble and tumble, avoiding peeps, staying at home and what nots.

I've stumbled on a gold mine here on NL.

It's a business though, Domain Flipping specifically, it has alot of potentials, so I spend most of my time checking out domains with high ROI.

I haven't buy any yet, still contemplating whether to go for a training or just dive in.

Since this diary is open for everyone I think I'll be emphasizing more on Business so that others can learn, I'll be chipping in some escapades to spice things up.

My To-Do List in August are:

Load some cash in my MasterCard.
Get a Laptop.
Decide whether to go for the training or not.
Buy my first domain
Learn JS and Ajax vigorously and recap HTML and CSS.

Deuces Chaps!

ElonMosque:
Happy buying

I mean is harder to buy good domains than to sell them.

'Domaining is more about buying than selling'

Guys you should check this out for KeyWords Ideas.

priceaction:
Well I think depending on the quality of the domain, the population of the cit for geos, the competition, the buyers quick response and the overall patience in the business. Some sell faster just to keep the flow going.

When you have a ready made buyer or desperate buyer, you will know. Some won't even bother to check the price listed on the market and say they are interested, the as a smart business man, you can adjust to make offer and let him decide themselves, then negotiations will start.
My first ever sale was listed for $750 in afternic, and make offer in outbounding, offers came in for 3k, I was desperate to accept because I thought it was not real, then he went mute after I accepted may be he saw the speed that I accepted and used his smart instinct to override my emotions and inexperience. Some gurus would have sold it for 5k above because of experience they have. Then i Followed up after I quickly adjusted the price to make offer on afternic before he will go there and buy. So u see u have to be fast and smart at times. Eventually he said no much funds again and down negotiated it to 1500$ and paid within 48 hours.

Then if you have received concurrent mails from a trial products or a subscription from a website trying to sell something to u, you will agree that they have many tactics as a follow up to convince you especially when they see you keep on opening the mails but not decided and price still slightly same. That's just being a business man to convince the buyer. You can be creative in your follow up too.
Not a rocket science, but knows what works and using your instincts. Then many names the sellers not willing to renew comes in cheaper outbounding price many times. So just to let it go and keep the money coming. Here we have young and old, big or small , ready to learn and get motivations, from each other without sentiment and selfishness. That's the spirit. Learn and learn and learn and learn.....
At most in everything, hard work, Grace wins.

Now, this is full of insights.

jamih:
Yes, it is also showing reg since 2018(WBY)

jamih:
It's taken since 2018

Maybe it's a glitch.

Look at it here as registered.

Firefox01:
Learn from this episode bro. Do research yourself to determine if it's a good name or not. Asking for appraisals on an unregistered name publicly like this is a sure fire way for you to donate names to the human dropcatchs here.

I've surely learned a lesson, Thanks Bruv.

We Move.

jamih:
Although, it's a state. It's good imo, i can sight 2-3, beautiful end users on Google that will benefit from owning the domain, hopefully one of them will buy it.

Went to register only to find out that it's registered already.
