I have tried webnode, 0fees.net etc, wordpress etc.
The problem is
webnode don't allow HTML and CSS, 0fees have no online upload option except FTP {according to what i guessed}.
Wordpress don't allow CSS and some HTML tags.
Please any idea on a free web host that offers this. I don't care if they load the site with ads since its just for test.

I have only one method i can recommend. Its called biological method. In this method, you use the natural enemies of an animal to get rid of them.
In the case of rats, i recommend cats but please a well- trained white cat so that it won't scare you away one night.
They deal with these rats very well, infact at the smell of a cat, every rat shall run away for ever lol.
