Pls how long is it currently taking to assign COS?

Last week, I had these two care homes that sounded cool like they would grant me interview. They requested for everything and i gave them all i mean all. One of them even requested I show them screenshot of the results for the 15 care certificate modules on the internet if i didnt have their certificates handy and i gave them all all all and they have not responded till now. Infact one of them pulled my first mail from her junk box before mailing their application form to me like she really needed me. This happened last week Wednesday and Thursday. I dont know if i should mail them again tomorrow and ask them if my application was successful or would it sound desperate?

But some care homes i contacted that are run by Nigerians will tell u outrightly that they are not offering sponsorship. Na we dey do ourselves oh. One Ope a yoruba woman with one carehome like that no even let me land as she hear say i am from Nigeria. Another one i called today even saw my number and i recognized her Nigerian accent and she no let me land too NO SPONSORSHIP. Our Nigerian brothers and sisters in uk una well-done oh.

someone just sent me a link about care job in UK. I filled in my details and uploaded my Resume and created a portal to the link.

It is like a recruitment agent and they are sending me emails to go and have IELTS and CARE CERTIFICATE.

Please please please please please, I need guidance.

No you cannot sponsor yourself. They are actually telling you that they have no sponsorship license. Check another employer.

Apply to Ann homecare Northern island.
Join a support group of like minds, so they can give you referrals too
Adjust your CV and tailor it to each job on tracjob.com
Apply mostly to jobs that specify INTERNATIONAL NURSE RECRUITMENT. Else you will be getting lots of "unfortunately " messages when the jobs were never meant for overseas nurses.

Lastly, don't loose hope and keep applying. Tracjob indeed, Google search etc

Send a mail to purely care. They need people that have all there documents ready and can start work by June 6th

Ukvi academic or general. IT MUST BE UKVI

Ppl like us hve all documents ready (TB IELTS PCC) but no interview yet and time has started ticking for expiration of these documents.

Endorsement is after you hv gotten a job offer and u need IELTS most of the time to be considered. Its advisable to get all these ready before the offer.

They already know how to do it. Infact they are they one that told me about the email thing and did it in less than 2 weeks. I was shocked cos i have already booked 3 months for ECA. I think they have a partnership or sth as regards to that method. Raise this suggestion to ur school, they might do it that way. Just try

I did mine under 2weeks. My school sent my credentials via email to WES and it was evaluated in 10days or so.

Hi, I do check this thread occasionally and I follow up on the Aipp immigration pathway on Twitter.
The program is now a permanent program from next year but I have no information about designated employers being redesignated and applications endorsements beginning by March.
What I know is that the Prime minister made some statements with regards to reduced time for processing visa for immigrants.

Please check the Aipp program page on the cic website and you will see a notification message on top saying that it will be discontinued by 31st and replaced with the permanent program maybe with some modifications to it. I dont know the difference. They termed the old program Atlantic immigration pilot and the new program Atlantic immigration program. Please check cic website you will see both.

Which means you have gotten a job offer already? Nice one. My ECA is ready and my Ielts result will be ready by 31st of this month and i am interested in this route too but i heard the program will be stopped and replaced with another permanent program by 31 dec 2021. All designated employers designation will expire by 31st and they need to be redesignated again. And applications and endorsement will commence by march. Do you know about this?

Honestly, I wanted to react immediately to her post but I decided to scroll down first to see if someone had replied and here you are. I would like to submit that it's quite a pathetic case but for the OP to even take sides without knowing the full story was unfair. I don't even want to judge without knowing why he would act in such a manner. As for the OP accusing the father of denying them a better future and all, I wonder if she had also asked what if the man was indeed super-rich and could have afforded to train the kids without them being taken away from him without his consent.

My point is, it looks as if the man acted in a wicked manner but I still wouldn't want to judge without knowing the entire story of what transpired. Do we even know what caused the separation? It could have been infidelity from either party and it could have also been something else. I am a father too and I love my children so much that if I noticed my wife had betrayed me in the past and now seeking to run away with my children -even doing it to scorn me, my dears I would not deny it, I might act similarly to this man because deep down I know I have given my all to my wife and kids.

As I said, this is quite a depressing end. Marriage is such a complex contract and this is one of its numerous negative fallouts. Instead of genuinely finding a way to fix the crack (not just patching it up) when there's one, we tend to ignore and allow things to fester. May God help us all.. Still, let's desist from judging based on emotions.

We cant really say for sure what went wrong and yea that lady took sides. I knew it came from a female. I applied to this employer in the Atlantic region and immediately they responded the next day asking me if i am willing to come over to Nova scotia and my current country of residence. I replied immediately but the second mail i got from her didnt sound well to me. She said that the processing time in Nigeria is way longer and my question is, Is it not the same 6 months with other countries? attached is the screenshot of her response.
