Use market insights to customize pitches and proposals to meet customer needs and gain a competitive edge.

4. Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve sales targets. Set sales objectives, forecast sales volumes, and monitor progress against targets. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections, and communicate results to management.

5. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions. Customize presentations to address specific customer needs and effectively communicate the product's competitive advantages.

6. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to contribute to product development and marketing strategies. Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.

7. Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and revenue data, in the company's CRM system. Prepare and submit sales contracts, proposals, and other necessary documentation. Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
