Amazon kdp does not take lightly anything that has to do with the violation of their TOS (terms of service) such as trademark and copyright infringements, plagiarized books, multiple kdp accounts, more than 1 kdp account even if they're different people but uses the same ISP (internet service provider) such as using same Wi-Fi.

You should have unpublished the book by yourself but you wrote them to unpublish it for you which is like you not even attempting to do the needful by yourself (just my opinion).

The lesson for everyone reading your experience is this, stay away from anything that constitutes the violation of Amazon's KDP terms of service.

Publishing on Amazon is a privilege and Amazon can decide to take away the privilege in other to protect the integrity of their platform.

Once again, sorry about that and wishing you the best in your next endeavor.

There maybe other reasons since it is unheard of for kdp to terminate an account for an unpublished book because the book hasn't gone live therefore it is like punishing someone for a crime that hasn't been committed.

I actually published it, I actually published a book before, when I received a mail that my book has similar title with another published book, I called them immediately to return it to draft (this was march 3rd) and they acknowledged it. Everything was fine with my account till 30th of last month when I received a termination mail.

Nah Boss. Although na long story. They terminated my account because of a book that was even in draft. Said it has similar title with another book. Make una sha de careful. I no get myself since I received the termination mail. I get better money for the account.
