Well, on the portal it shows passed under physical verification. I don't know if anyone failed it but what I mean is if you haven't done the physical verification, you can't download the PPA letter.

please which document do they need for the verification? Am going there tomorrow, what to be sure what to carry.

Good evening everyone, please am having issues with my Honda Civic 2007, anytime I engage the gear to reverse mostly it delays like 10 seconds to engage, and ones it engages it jerks, have gone to scan it and it's bring out just P0747 only and I have tried many solenoid and still the same thing, have even change the 2 solenoid and still the same issue and also the the drive light blinks sometimes. Please someone should help me. Mechanic have change my gear oil like 4 months ago, I don't really know the gear oil he used, and the car has been working well since 4 month ago not until last month I started having this issue.

Oga Gazzuzz and others, please am having issues with my Honda civic 2006, the gear selection is giving me issues, sometimes if put it on drive it will not pick I will have to move it to D2 or D3 before it will move another day the D2 and D3 will not work and D will work, most of the gear light doesn't show on dashboard except park and D3. I have scanned it and is not bring any code, please how can the issue be fixed? Thanks

This is my 2cent advice
1. Find some one good in gear electrical to check your electrical connection from gear to brainbox also he can test with another brain box.

Finally be careful with kazeem asking you to change A today, B tomorrow and C the next. Trial and error.

Scan the car and get the codes

Hello guys,

Pls I drive a civic 2006. For a while now have been having this reoccuring issue on the car. The car is always idling at over 1500rps. And when i put it on drive it start speeding up immediately even without stepping on gas. It runs so fast that i mostly use break to move within town.

The second issue is whenever the engine is hot, the car wont accelerate as it should, even if i pressed the throttle to the last it only climbs slowly. This is even worse on a hill. It is so bad that if i dont approach the hill with a higher speed, it will stall while climbing. I took it to my mechanic and was asked to replace the fuel pump and injector mouth. Both of these parts cost me 22k.

After replacing both parts, the problems still persist. I took the car for scanning and after the guy was done, the idlung dropped to below 1000rvs..i think its around 800 to 900rvs now. Which is abit beta. But for the second issue(lack of accelerating when engine is hot), the problem seem to have changed since the scanning. What i now observe is that, it fires as it should, and moves as a normal car should, but occasionally, when i start the car, the firing fails. But when i off and on again it picks, unlike the former case where it doesnt pickup when i off and on. Formerly It wont pick untill the car is cold, but now it picks up once i off and switch on immediately, weda engine is cold or hot.

Please anyone with an idea of what is doing my car and how to parmanently fix it? I have spend over 30k just on this issue this past weeks; money that should have gone towards xmas celebrations oo.

I drive the same car and am having the same issue, have even change brain box, am looking for a very good rewire that can fix the issue, its an electrical problem and not mechanical. Please in case u get a very good rewire let me know. The ones I have seems not to understand anything about it. Am even planning to go and see a very good gear person.

OK Boss, how do I fix that because my rewire told me the issue is with the gear cable beneath the car, that I need a mechanic to adjust the cable. Please help with possible solution

Good morning Boss Gazzuzz, please I have changed my ECU as advised by you, the issue am having now is when I engage my gear sometimes the gear light does not show on dashboard, mostly drive and reverse gear. I noticed anytime the light does not show the car doesn't accelerate well and jerks, but when the light shows it moves fine. Please kindly assist my car is Honda civic 2006

Recalibrate the throttle system with a scanner.

Also check if the throttle pedal has been adjusted

Good evening oga GAZZUZ, we have checked the connection to the throttle, but now when I turn on the car the REV will go up to 2 and will not go down less than 1 always above 1 and costumes fuel well. Please what could be the issue with this.

Please Oga Gazzuzz my honda civic does not rev when I throttle the car, and sometimes it will rev normal, and I notice that anytime it doesn't rev well when am driving it doesn't move well until I off and on the car again, I did scan and it shows P 1683. Please I have issue with my Honda civic 2006, I just change the engine. If I drive the car for like 10 minute the throttle will stop firing, I will not be able to climb the smallest of hills, I will throttle it the the last and it won't response. I did scan and its showing P1683 and radiator sender issue. I think of changing the fuel pump. Please kindly advice on what to do.

from the wiper alone u will know the car is converted, the person did not do a clean job. The wiper should be the first thing to change cos is very easy to forget.
