My father hit my mother a couple of times (mum herself is a fighter from her youth) and they're still married for almost 40yrs now.

I've seen a man slap the hell out of his wife to reset her brain and he loves her to bits till date and are still married.

Hitting your woman to correct her erroneous mentality is same as correcting a child by spanking, and seeing how mentaly immature some Nigerian women can be at times, that brain resetting hit can be utterly necessary and can even save a marriage, it only depends on the circumstances.

Marriage is not a straight journey as I've come to understand it. At times the man has to take charge of situations and do the needful at times, and if that involves the occasional hit then so be it.

This is one of the best comments i’ve read today. Frankly speaking, no man in his right senses will wanna hit a woman. Some people keep saying you should walk away(its not that easy, can you leave your house around 1am when everywhere is dark?
Some women are devil in sheep clothing, they’ll frustrate you to extent that you’ll have to do the “reseting slap”.

I had inspected the car before. The gear indicator light on the dashboard was blinking, which means the car has a gear censor problem. I’m sorry O.P, that car was a wrong buy. I moved away from my parents house last year(I was 27years and I was self employed) I was scared at first but I grew some balls and I got a 2bed apartment. I used to be a big time baller at bars and clubs and I spend lavishly cos I had no bills to pay and food was always ready anytime I get home.
Ever since I started staying alone, I spend less on things that has no value. I also keep a low profile lately and I hardly go out with lot of friends like I use to cos bills always ringing bell in my ear. I think living alone will get you more serious(depending on who you are). Everything is just by God’s grace #prayforGrace

The Nigerian music industry is a perfect example of the saying “NO ONE KNOWS TOMORROW” except in some few cases. Far back in the nineties, tony tetuila, azardous and co. We’re running the affairs of the Nigerian music industry while wizkid was just a studio rat and Davido was still eating his father’s food. Fast forward to 2019, no one even remember these old artistes again and it seems they never exist.
In 2014, lil kesh came out with a banger called lyrically then he dropped another hit called “shoki” which featured Davido in the remix, everyone thought we’ve seen the next world revelation and every single was a hit back to back (just like his boss said at the headies that year). Fast forward to 2019, he seems to be lagging behind while we have naira marley and zlatan ibile killing everybody with their leg work.
In 2010 Burma boy came out with a banger called “like to party”, it was the perfect song for a first timer and everyone just wanted to party with the song. Subsequent years, he had issues with the Nigerian DJ association, no matter how big his songs were, he wasn’t listed on any award categories, he had issues with his record label but that didn’t stop him from pushing his music to the world, now he’s been known as the African giant and there’s no award show this year that he hasn’t received an award for the best African act.
No matter how low you are today, there’s still someone below you. Just do your best and leave the rest, look down on no one and remember the street code (hustle,loyalty and respect). Good morning guys.

It’s a long story but i’ll make it short. I’ve been in this relationship for a year plus and we’ve been doing fine together. I respect her a lot so I find it very difficult to cheat but the issue is she has trust issues and she get angry with any little sign of another girl coming close to me. She has high temper and i’ve been trying to let her know love don’t work like that but she just wouldn’t change. Just this afternoon, she saw a female colleague address me with “dear” during our conversation on WhatsApp, she got angry and she let my house immediately.

Sir, I felt the same way when I saw his debate with sowore but sir, this man is a Barrister and he has his own chamber. He has been running his chambers even before joining politics. The man was so exceptional that he became the youngest member of OYO house of assembly at just 26years, he has gotten so many academic awards (not honourary). You can try to google it,sir. I think right now, we need a Government that knows what the youths really want. Shittu also run a platform for the youth. I just have the love for this man called shittu.

I was opportuned to follow Hon. Adebayo shittu's convoy for just a day and I must admit this man is really hard working. He might not be young but 85% of his crew are young and dynamic youths, I was so surprise when I met his crew cos I've heard alot about him. I'm not really a big fan of politics but I'm an indigene of OYO state and I've seen all the aspirants including the wealthy self acclaimed "international surgeon" (can't really remember his name) non of them has a campaign team as young as shittu's own (you can make a research if you doubt me). I know he has been accused of some corrupt practices but this is politics and your opponents will surely look for ways to bring you down. People say he's selfish just because he doesn't spray money at people during his visits (the same way the APC elders in Lagos state don't like Ambode cos he's into "physical infrastructure " and not "stomach infrastructure ". I made a research and I saw that shittu has dug more boreholes in OYO than even Ajimobi. shittu is a very free and humble man.
