hello guys, i just installed pes2016 on my dell latitude e6400 very slow lags pls is there any way i can reduce the graphics in other to increase the speed because i am not seeing any graphics option in the game

On your desktop or wherever, right click on the PES 2016 icon, click on open file location.
It would open a directory, click on settings there.

Yes it would play Black Ops 3. I can't give you a specific system model. Just get one with that graphics card. HP is quite popular and easier to get.

A price tag of N150k should get you a Nvidia GT 940M.
Please do not go lower than that. The 940 would play a lot of games on 1366 by 768 resolution but the 920 can't play MKX and some other demanding games.

You should get a Lenovo or HP system with a 940M. That's the primary thing. Every other is secondary.

Yeah it happens at times. You just have to go to the website of your system manufacturer and download the suitable driver.

Windows 10 is the best OS for PC gamers. Everyone experienced improved framerates and better gameplay with Windows 10.
And that issue of Windows 10 blocking pirated games doesn't occur. Some Microsoft Windows 10 exclusive games like Quantum Break have been cracked.

I'm leaving by road also. I'm taking a bus from Pen cinema Agege to Kano on Sunday evening by God's grace.
It's about N5500 by bus.
The luxurious buses leave by 4 pm and get to Kano in the morning.
Then from there it's another bus to Jigawa.
You can also get a bus at Jibowu and other parks.

You can take a flight to Kano from Lagos. It should be slightly less than 20k.
Jigawa is about an hour from Kano by bus.

Nigeria always has a way of making even the best policies look haphazard.

But to cite cheating in JAMB as a reason for the opposition against scraping Post-UTME is mostly unreasonable.

As far as I know, cheating in JAMB is almost unachievable these days with CBT.

The funny thing is these corrupt and hypocritical schools also accuse JAMB of corruption, when in fact they are the masters of corruption.

A student scores really high, then sits back to see people with much inferior scores getting admitted into the choicest courses while the better students get nothing!

If it's only for the benefit of students, why do they generate massive amount of money from the scheme.
Many schools generate over 500 million Naira from the scheme and everyone is ignoring such blatant extortion.


These rogues even keep extending application deadline when it's obvious they have very limited slots.

FUTA last year, released a supplementary form for new courses late into the admission processes just to capitalize on the desperation of students who had already missed earlier lists.
They raised the fee of course generating close to 200 million Naira. even though they needed to fill just about 800 slots, they advertised all over Social and print media and ended up getting around 26,000 applicants.

Let FG scrap Post UTME as from next year and work really hard to ensure JAMB rewards students proportionally to their efforts.

So they shouldn't advertise the exams. They should let only a few take the exams. You prefer that thousands would complain of not taking the exam. You don't think everyone should be given a fair chance of proving he/her self.

It cannot play GTA V. Most modern games require at least 2GB of VRAM for the graphics card. Yours only has 1GB. GTA V will not run on it.

GTA V on low settings isn't demanding. You don't need a graphics card to run it on low. Some old processors even run it fine.

I finished from OAU.
Ever since POST-UTME was introduced, rate of academic dropouts reduced drastically. So many students cheat and 'runs' their JAMB.
POST-UTME helps to weed all these cheats.

I have a friend who cheated in 3 JAMB exams. He failed to pass OAU POST-UTME on all 3 occasions. On one occasion he travelled all the way to another state to runs his exam.There was a year, he scored 300+ in JAMB but in POST-UTME he got 7x/400.

The arguments for POST-UTME cancellation are not valid at all.

Transport Cost: So when you gain admission, you won't travel at all right? Nonsense.

POST-UTME Fee: It can't be free. Lecturers that would invigilate the exam have to be paid. Questions have to be printed.

Total nonsense. JAMB is not a reliable method of testing intelligence of candidates. A lot of them cheat.
POST-UTME is a very good counter check to separate the wheat from the chaff.
Dropouts in universities have reduced since when POST-UTME was introduced.
This would be good news to all this dullards who can't scale through the POST-UTME hurdle.

Is JAMB as a body even reliable? Their exams are full of many loopholes, incoherencies and nonsense.

At OP the remaining posters have said it all. For those who mentioned change of departments, I believe most science departments take the same courses in their first year so changing to departments in that line won't bring about any improvement. And OP said he was a good O'Level student. Except if he didn't write his O'Level himself. If that is the case you might consider switching to the Arts and Social Sciences. But if not just buckle up like others have said.
