And Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.

Dangote had long been dangerously and ferociously cannibalizing the country. A few elites have been longing for it's end.

From severe monopolistic advantages to unhinged access to subsidized forex rates and all sorts, the country was bending it's back backwards for this individual. It's hi time Dangote left Nigerian economy alone.

I had longed complained about Dangote and CBN regarding this :

On a continued basis over the years and contrary to the approvals, Emefiele’s CBN continued illegally supplying money from Nigeria’s treasury at cheaper rates to Dangote Group

This is the height of it :

To further highlight the brazenness of these actions, it recently came to light that the suspended CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, had borrowed USD 1 billion from Afrexim Bank in the second quarter of 2023, USD 750 million of which was illegally funneled to Dangote at a concessionary rate. These funds were subsequently transferred to Dangote’s account abroad just as previously done in the past

We borrowed $1 Billion at let's say 600 Naira per dollar, then had it stolen and gifted to Dangote at 200 Naira per dollar in the name of industrialization of the country.

Stop voting people whom the northern canal draws close to. Much of these kinds of truths would not surface when you continue doing so. This is what Chief Adebanjo had been crying over for years.

Many youths are wasting away and are mere dead beings in walking human shells. Stop the thnic and religious biases and support individuals that have a strong desire to change the narrative

Dangote is a crook

If CBN is investigated.iger the past 8-12 years, we will realize that the country has long been sold to Dangote

Pierocash:
One of the wisest men has spoken.
.

Only the wicked who want status quo of corruption, oppression, and bad leadership to continue are the ones who want to go to war
By what yardstick please.

You humans and human worshipping. Only naive people think thesedays. The whole Bigerien issue is giving legitimacy to different people across the continent to topple heads and rebel against leadership. If it were his church, would he make such statement.

Th wisest action any so called wise person ought to do is to maintain silence. Publicly declaring such a back handed support will create chaos across the continent. Watch how over the next two years from Sierria Leone to Senegal to Chad to Guinea to Gambia begin to see this as a new normal and begin to topple their leaders giving vain excuses.

We should learn the act of not talking all the time and sometimes leave silence and process of time to appropriate issues

I have never ever bought new yam this expensive as I bought this year.

New yam that people will be rushing and bending to pick 600, 700, 800 is what they are calling price for this year.

The first set I bought were small sized for 1500

This next set I bought 2k each I just dey wonder.

The only consolation is the yams are good

2k yam below, I put the 5liter keg for proper size estimation.
Lobatan. You're measuring yams with kegs

1. First deal with the negative scenarios in your head and have it decluttered. After decluttering your mind and head from the trauma of past failure, you'll have the clarity you need to take the right path !

2. Create a business plan r hire an expert to create one for you that outlines the risks and the pros so you can see the possible pitfalls with great clarity before setting out. From xraying your ideas in crystal clear from, you can identify the level of risk you can tolerate and the level of risk you musn't exceed.

3. Have a spreadsheet developed. A spreadsheet should indicate your daily inflow and outflows of finances. Doing this will help you track flow of funds so when you're over-doing any aspect of the business, your attention can be triggered to turn, slow down or to stop

gforce5:
As far as I am concerned, if you don't have at least two different streams of income, you shouldn't bother getting married. Let no deceive you with this bogus crap that "he who finds a wife finds a good thing". It is a scam. Even a prayerful woman doesn't have patience for men who can't contribute financially to the upkeep of the home. I will never understand how men with low income rush into marriage. Even those of us from privileged homes are scared of marriage let alone people from a poor background. Raising children in today's Nigeria is not cheap.

Btw, the OP is a big supporter of the ruling party. He has no right to complain. This is what you get for campaigning for politicians who don't give a damn about you.
Is it this serious ?
