Well she doesn't seem to believe that you are selling your properties she believes you want to park out subtly but she has made up her mind that anytime you want to park out you will paint the place, I can only advise you to paint it if you can afford it but if not you should park your loads out by any means

I will be laconic she moved in Jan last year immediately we noticed she is very dirty and her kids messes up the whole house every time, we told her to amend but it only gets worse, after enduring for 4 months and it becomes unbearable for us, I told my dad which is not living with us, that we should give the woman a quit notice but he insisted that no, we should only return half of her money so after six months she would find another house , note my dad is a pastor and he wants to settle the issue with her ammicably without court. so I returned her six months money after using just four months with the aim that she should use the remaining 2 months to look for another house, but up till now she didn't park out and she did not even pay for electricity bills again. Now I want to know how we could make her leave the house and make her pay all the six months she has used and the bills too
