It depends on how you add your account on payoneer.

If you add it as naira acct, withdrawal fee is #0 and you will see the conversation rate of what you will receive immediately.. Currently, payoneer rate is #380-#375

If you add it as dollar account (i.e you add your savings acct as dollar), withdrawal is 2% of what you are withdrawing... Since it's a #savings acct, the bank will do their conversion... Most time it's always irritating (lolz)...
