walex2: just sit behind keyboard to type nonsense, do you even vote in Abia, everyone know ikpeazu is a failure, these are what you should be fighting for, reclaiming your land from political hawks but you want to come to Lagos to determine who govern me lol, I live in Lagos, I am 100times better than many Yorubas here. Poverty doesn't know tribe dude, irrespective of who is in government. You people still have poor people. If you like, keep voting like mumu. And yes, I voted in Lagos state mofo 😂 |

sreamsense: And for how long will your trial-and-error experiment last why majority of your people are suffering venturing into crimes and illegal drug business under guise of poverty? When you are done with your experiment, please; let the rest of Nigeria know. We don't need this kind of experiment in Lagos at moment since the present one is working and has positioned Lagos as number one richest state in Nigeria and no5 in africa. And Ogun state as most industrialized state in Nigeria. Your focus should be on making LP not be scam first because by 2027, you would have added more four years to your age where has your own politics gotten you to? Yorubas are still poor, go to Ekiti, Oyo, Osun and Ogun, people still live mud houses with extreme poverty. Yorubas still don't have portable water, good schools, good roads and modern infrastructure. Abeg, carry mumu commot if you are okay with your status quo, we aren't. We will change all of them. You think you are wise, you will remain in extreme poverty and your poltical elites go dey ue your head. |

Who cares about OUK?
All we care about here is good governance Please Otti I care about him a lot. He has to go. He's a total waste of senatorial slot |

seborrhic: If labour party takes Abia and Enugu is retained by the PDP,the SouthEast would be an interesting political environment because it means 4 political parties,APC(Imo,Ebonyi), APGA (Anambra),Labour (Abia) and PDP (Enugu),would be represented. 5 states,4 political parties, you can't get it any better. yes, however, I will prefer that PDP goes into oblivion in Enugu. It's sooner or later because LP already has all the senatorial slots. If PDP rigs it's way now, it won't in 2027 because LP would have a structure to defend votes |

Ojiofor: Are you from Abia North? I am laughing at you because retiring OUK is going to be the only goal we are going for in 2027 as far as abia state is concerned. OUK is the alpha and omega of the multiple issues in Abia state and he needs to be served a bitter pill. We cannot allow him become a Jagaban here. You are acting like you are the only person from Abia state here |

sreamsense: What is the probability that performance of LP will not be found worse or cut short of expectation before that 2027? Concentrate and perform first to admiration of people before you begin to talk about removing kalu. Let's see if the LP will not even defect to major party before 2027 with internal crises relating to financial and other related crises. Once you start with a mind to witch-hunt your political opponents, be rest assured that you have started digging your grave of under performance Orji Uzor Kalu has to go. If LP messes up, we will go against them too. It's as simple as that. It's fight between the people and every damn corrupt person. We are tired of all these useless politicians who cannot deliver. We don't have time to be celebrating criminals here and worshiping them. |

GeneralPula: [/b] Exactly as it should be..
But these Pandora rodents wanted us to change a wining team in Lagos because of...? you are believing that guy. Lol. Orji Uzor Kalu is a criminal and he finished abia state. We are the people of Abia state and we won't rest until he's finished. We have removed TA Orji dynasty and Ikpeazu, he's next. Let him go to Abuja, he will come back and meet us in another 4years |

Ojiofor: The people of Abia North are pleased with OUK at the moment and they elected him for second term due to wonderful projects he has executed within the last 3 and half years. However, if any time he loses focus we will not fail to vote him out. OUK is the best senator so far from Abia North we are not going to change a winning team for the sake of it. okay, let's wait until 2027. |

Rutherford2019: OUK has strong political structure in Abia North It will be very difficult to retire him It won't be difficult if LP has the state. He almost lost to LP, had LP has the state, we would removed him. Just watch what will happen, we are on a mission to teach stubborn politicians in the southeast a serious lesson |

Temidayo9: As usual, always boasting this no be boasting. We are in full control of our local poltics. Go ND ask Ekwunife, Stella oduah, Ikpeazu, Chimaroke and Gburugburu how far. These are the big dogs we have relagated so far. Orji Uzor Kalu narrowly escaped now, he wont in 2027 when Labour party has Abia state in their pocket. He was busy intimidating voters and buying votes, he won't be allowed in 2027 when Labour party already has a structure to defend votes in Abia state |

We don't care about their poltical permutations and their bridge building with other regions, we cannot deify theives. Orji Uzor Kalu is on our radar and he rigged his way in because labour didn't have a structure yet in Abia state. This won't happen in 2027, Orji Uzor Kalu will be taken to the cleaners just like chimaroke.
Orji Uzor Kalu is part of those hwo destroyed abia state and doesn't deserve to be part of abia state. It going to be a major task, He must be retired like Chimaroke. No time for useless people. If you cannot fight for the interest of Abia people then you cannot tell what to do. Abaribe irrespective party he contested would have won but no Orji Kalu, he's the remaining mole that we need to take care of and we will make sure that happens.
We want to build southeast and only those who are going to dance to the tube of the people will elected.
Look at Umahi, irrespective of whether he's in APC, he has shown his worth, he worked and that's why we are raising eyebrows.
Soludo should better use this opportunity to work in Anambra, else he will face a though battle.
We won't be deifying anybody |
Politics › Re: Message To Igbo People In Lagos. by Workch: 10:05pm On Mar 18, 2023 |
elefind: MESSAGE TO IGBO PEOPLE IN LAGOS.
One of the few lessons I learnt from today's gubernatorial election in Lagos, is that I have no reason to engage in local politics among the indigenous people of Lagos. I think this should be my last time to campaign for any governorship candidate in Lagos. I will urge all Igbo people resident in Lagos to withdraw from supporting or voting for any gubernatorial candidate of any party during gubernatorial elections in Lagos. We need to give the Yoruba people chance to select or elect whoever they like to govern them. We will support whoever they elected as their governor. Tribalism and ethnic sentiments are real in Nigeria.
If we want to campaign for a gubernatorial candidate, lets campaign for any candidate of our choice contesting for elective position in our various states of origin even though we lives in Lagos. This is not only applicable to Lagos but all the Yoruba and non Igbo states. Remember that we Igbo people has ability to relate with anybody even if they elected king Nebuchadnezzar, it is not our business but we will relate with the governor and still get what we wanted.
We might be tempted to support a particular candidate we felt is better than whom the indigenous Yoruba people felt is their choice. But we must resist every attempt to endorse anyone of them. It is time we start to disassociate ourselves from any Yoruba politician hoping to win an election with the block votes of Igbo people living in Lagos. Enough of this please. Let him go and convince his fellow Yoruba people to vote for him and stop hoping to win election with our votes. The Yoruba people must stop seeing every election in Lagos as contest between the Igbo people and the Yorubas.
It is also high time Igbo people begin to transfer their polling units to Southeast for those of us living outside Igboland but would like to participate in governorship election of our state. We will travel down to Southeast when it is time to elect president and the governors. But if we can't transfer our polling units to SOUTHEAST, let's stop voting during gubernatorial election in each state of the federation. But we can go out and vote for our favorite presidential candidate.
It is obvious that many Yoruba people that supported Peter Obi during presidential election did so because of fear of Tinubu's Muslim/Muslim ticket. They voted Peter Obi not because they like him, it is because he is more preferred than having Tinubu and Shettima in Aso Rock . If another popular Southwestern politician was contesting for presidency with Muslim/Christian ticket, they would have voted him than voting Peter Obi. Only few Yorubas are supporting Peter Obi based on his capacity and competence.
Today's gubernatorial election was a total waste of taxpayers money. This is not an election. Now I agree that NIGERIA is a failed state. Police couldn't even protect the themselves not to talk of protecting the voters .
As for me, let Peter Obi withdraw his court case against INEC and APC . Let him concentrate on snatching all Southeastern states from our good-for-nothing politicians and raise a crop of 21st century politicians that will govern all the states in Igbo land and turn them into livable and prosperous states.
Many Nigerians are not ready for real change. They wanted to change failures we have in Aso Rock as leaders but they never wanted to change same corrupt politicians operating in their states.
Copied Igbos should also stop investing hugely in Lagos. They should always take it home |
