0m0nnakoda: The proposition is that Mr A is the tallest man in a room of 100 people? You go and measure Mr A alone and come back to say research has confirmed your proposition That is bizarre Tell us what methodology was used and how many other markets were studied Which was 2nd,3rd and 4th The methodology was stated in the screenshot. You would have seen it if you read it. Calm down, take water and read the article carefully. The invincible ignorance fallacy, also known as argument by pigheadedness, is a deductive fallacy of circularity where the person in question simply refuses to believe the argument, ignoring any evidence given. |

0m0nnakoda: Ei incumbio probatio qui dicit non qui negat It is incumbent on he who says a thing to prove it not on he who disputes to disprove
I don't have to disprove anything If you say a person stole your phone he does not have to disprove anything It is for you to prove he did If you present "evidence" the denier will challenge and the onus of proof is on you So all you have shown is a screenshot and I am within my rights to interrogate it Every rope must have an origin Who is the author of your so called research, where was not published,on what date and What methodology did they use? The invincible ignorance fallacy, also known as argument by pigheadedness, is a deductive fallacy of circularity where the person in question simply refuses to believe the argument, ignoring any evidence given. Evidence here, if you don't like it then disprove it. Simple

What is the source and methodology of this figure What is the turnover of other markets in Nigeria and what methodology was used in the other Markets Oh Jesus, I thought Yorubas are educated. 😂 The researcher just simple coverted their research to the dollar equivalent. What kind of illiterate is this? If you check the GDP of Nigeria, it's usually written in dollars not naira. This is because it helpls the international community get the perspective better. 0m0nnakoda: I What is the volume of trade in Onitsha market? So they don't have a port in Benin Republic? They import to Lagos take to Onitsha first and then take it back To Cotonou? All on this same Niger bridge?
Makes.sense when you say it in Ibo language another illiterate comment. It's not about having port, it's about knowing how to do thr business and having the purchasing power to go to China and Taiwan, strike a deal and get thr products down to Nigeria or west Africa. Onitsha men are No1 in doing that in the whole of West Africa.. Get some basic education, stinking tribal bigot. |

0m0nnakoda: Just Imagine How they all Mechonu Onitsha the biggest Market in the Milky Way When they say biggest market, they don't mean by size. You are illiterate. Seriously, Yorubas dey disappoint me sometimes because we all think that you people are actually educated but again and again I see that the quality of enlightenment and education within the Yorubas is becoming so abysmal. When It comes to market, they mean by volume of trade and not size of land it occupies. Onitsha markets have the biggest volume of trade because it's a biggest wholesale centre in Nigeria. The markets are service markets for many other markets in southwest, southsouth, Kogi, Benue, Ondo, Abuja and even some markets in Lagos. I am going to give you an example, you see the lesther/footwear material market in Mushin Lagos? Major of their goods from Aba, while the Nigeria-made leather come from Kano. There are no major importers in those markets. Why do you think that we are begging FG to bring seaports closer to SouthEast? Aba and onitsha holds the largest gathering of importers in Nigeria, those goods will get to their warehouse in Onitsha and Aba then other markets in the country will have to go to Aba or onitsha to get them. It's why onitsha is the biggest market in West Africa. Onitsha serves markets as far as Cameroon and Benin Republic. This is why it's pertinent for you people to travel, traveling is education. |

0monnak0da: I really would appreciate it if someone can give us some information on the SIZE of ONITSHA MAIN MARKET. Often we hear it is the biggest in the Milky Way but there is very little to substantiate this claim. I have always believed this and got into an argument with some Ghana(nians ) yesterday and was made to look silly. Naturally you would agree it is not good for Ghananians(sic) to make Nigerians look silly. So can any one help us out . What is the size of ONITSHA MAIN MARKET in Square metres or square feet Also some photographs please. I need to silence Chaaaaly Achampon once and for all!! which one exactly? |
