If it's a fungi infection like candida then ampiclux will be useless.

It could be
1. HPV.
2. Herpes virus infection.
3. Balanitis as a result of candida infection.
4. Scabies.
5. Or any other thing.

I need to see it to be sure because they all present different morphologies.

After this, we can then prescribe appropriate treatment for you.

State budget has nothing to do with the volume of goods going through that state exclusively. The state budget is a reflection of the government's willingness to spend and Tax businesses.

If a state government is not overtaxing business, most of the monies will remain in the accounts of citizens and government will have less to work hence small budget.
