njokusboy: Tayo ought to crack this though... For one Uti is both a friend and a former winner and a successful businessman... Ain't no way Uti would try to kick him out of the show nd vie for the money... makes zero sense This is a no-brainer. Nigerians will vote for the guy who hasn't made it. |

ShortPistolZA: Well, he needs to build a bridge fast & get over it. However, I do get where he is coming from. He's not being pretentious for the cams & he has a right to not like someone if that's how he really feels. No need to pretend. The Nigerian representative does not have to like his fellow country man or woman but they concentrate on themselves and try to be the better rep and trust that the Nigerian voters would choose who they prefer. This is not about being prejudiced or sentimental but, its about loyalty. A person without loyalty is unattractive anywhere. You give family leverage until they make it certain that they do not deserve it; only then do you put them in the same or worse position than outsiders. |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by WORLDPEACE(m): 8:55pm On Nov 16, 2014 |
ShortPistolZA: More like anti-COMPETITION. Which sane person would be against their own country? It makes absolutely no sense. Difference between South Africans & some is that we don't have the blind loyalty that some people have. Meaning, I don't have to like or love you just because you're from my country. We're free-spirited like that. Isn't it the human thing to have a soft spot or bias for that which resembles you? |

Scheming, scheming and plotting ,thinking Tayo was your enemy not knowing all along that your biggest enemy was that thing Tayo never represented -boredom. Now there is no more boredom but you are no more. Let's have a ball, for now the real show has just begun. |

All the guys who are returning to the house have already received part or full payment for coming .There is no way as a past participant you would come without some guarantee.. And there is no way they will make it to the final because It will kill the show. Welcomed twist to the plot though. |

ochon: Figgy is seasoned actress, nominated for Emmy award. She's not a kid in this business. She knows what she's saying. So I've been told, but what I was saying is that even if she wasn't she is speaking as a character not as her Oscar winning real self. She might as well have slept through the whole presentation then get handed the notes and critique them as she's been told. |

lumeviewscom: Word on the street is Charlie Sheen has gone through 5000+ sluts so far. Charlie doesn't joke around!
He could afford to because before he left the series, he was earning 1.2mill USD per 30min episode (with like 7mins advert inside oh). So technically, that was his fee for 23mins. How does one conquer that kind of addiction. Those figures would even make a shrink change profession. |

lumeviewscom: Nhlanhla just said Charlie Sheen from "Two and half men" went through 800 sluts in 6 months.
Idris looking dumbfounded, with a look in his eyes wishing he was Charlie Sheen. That's nothing less than four sluts per day. |

ToyinDipo: So you believe all the repetitive comments from Figgy's mouth are from some experts sitting behind the scene? He might not of course tell her everything she says but atleast there is a director there and script writers. The way she brings it to life is her job. That's what she is paid to do. |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by WORLDPEACE(m): 9:43pm On Nov 15, 2014 |
ToyinDipo: Can you tell how you know they are actors, and also how many awards they've won. I think shortpistolZA is in the best position to give you their resumes but that is not really my point. Whatever corrections that figgy is giving the housemate is coming from the the experts behind the scenes; she is merely a voice over artiste doing her job of conveying the thoughts of these experts to them and entertaining us. |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by WORLDPEACE(m): 9:27pm On Nov 15, 2014 |
ToyinDipo: That must be a joke, because I don't think Figgy herself knows much about acting, neither does she have any local award in that field not to talk of international award. The persons contracted to be the voices of biggy and figgy are just actors. They should not be confused with the characters they are playing. Those characters they portray know everything and see everything. |
