NHIS has always been a scam. No hospital will use expensive medication for NHIS patient, Everything is cheap treatment and poor service. Prices are fixed at the lowest level and hospitals never go beyond fixed price of treatment as per NHIS schedule. Even when there are better treatment options for the patients.
