I know say na yoruba people them go kill pass.
Bros, violence is not the way forward to settle dispute but so far the Ife youths has heavily decimated the Hausas as they have recorded huge loss in lives and properties. Between let's stop promoting tribalism.

Hmmm.Ife people.

An opportunity to harvest meat for sacrifice. There is God oooo.

Hausa people are stupid. Why pick fight in Ile-Ife? That devilish town?
Honestly the Hausa picked the wrong set of people. The Ife boys don turn them to suya

Dont forget that once you touch anyone from the anointed part of this country, you are in for a big thing. The coward Afonjas are in for great whipping by their masters.
My brother, I don't think u are getting it. If not for the timely intervention of security operatives, the Ife boys has wrecked serious damage on the Hausa community.

I hate violence, let's learn to tolerate each other. It's shameful to have consistent inter tribal violence in this country

Trust me, if the situation is not quickly brought under control, those Ife boys will finish off all Hausa/Fulani in Ile Ife. I'm presently at Lagere in Ile Ife and I can tell you that those boys are ready for the night attacks which the Hausa/Fulanis are known for.
Bro, that is Ife boys for you. The report is not full sef. The Hausas whey dem kill and burn go don pass 5.

I just pray the issue will not escalate beyond this.
Crime › Re: Yoruba And Hausa Clash In Ile-Ife, 5 Feared Dead (Graphic Photos) by wristbangle:
It's a pity that everything in Nigeria is tribalism and some shameless youths are throwing shade/having a field day that Hausa and yoruba clashed as they are even expecting the casualties to be more on Ife people.

I condemn the killing that have took place but the Hausa people really picked the wrong set of yoruba community to wreck havoc as the casualty figures on their side is very high. The number of corpses are more than five sef at the moment.

If anyone remember ife-modakeke fight, he/she will know that these set of yoruba guys got no joy. Anything violence, they escalate it to the fullest.

igwebuike01:
and that is what we are saying, they will kill but security will come and save them from being killed. Its not about five of them being killed, its for everybody to condemn their penchant for killing and stop making excuses for them
Actually the Hausa communities were the one who have more casualties on their side due to the inversion of angry mobs (Yorubas)

I condemn the killing and I wasn't making any excuse. I believe people irrespective of their tribe should respect domain of another man's land where they domicile.

Every tribes has its demerit but Hausa people are ill tempered and blood lust in nature which is very dangerous.

Maybe you should tell your brothers/sisters having a field day to desist from bashing afonjas unnecessary. Have a 9c day. cool

I know that some jobless people will turn this thread to Afonja and Ugu "Konfu" but na their problem be that.

Someone in Ife told me if not for the timely intervention of security operatives, the casualties would have been more on the Hausa communities by angry mobs who has already killed up to 5 of them. The place is now calm sha.

Business › Re: Forex: CBN Pumps Additional $100m Into Market by wristbangle: 7:48am On Mar 08, 2017
9jakohai:
Not going to happen for the following reasons

1.Government is not earning enough dollars from oil to buffer the naira. We were able to keep the naira below N200 simply because then we were earning enough forex to buffer the dollars.

2.Part of the reason why govt is not earning enough forex is the fall in oil prcies . As a result, CBN is forced to restrict the dollar outflows from the country.....so as to have dollars to buffer the naira and meet our financial obligations. This has the bad effect of driving away foreign investors....since they cannot remit their dollars to their home countries easily.....unlike during the time when oil prcies were sky high ...and there were enough dollars flowing in .....which meant no need for restrictions.(And for the GEJ did not save crowd....saving lots of money won't have stopped CBN from restricting forex outflows....since every savings has a finite lifespan when you begin eating from it).

3.If you want the naira to go down to N1=$1, you do either of these two things

a) Diversify the export base...ie export more agric products and more solid minerals (Nickel in Kaduna state loading...) . Back in 1978...when N1=$1...Nigeria was a world leader in the export of cotton, groundnut, palm oil, benninseed, tin, columbite, and we had an oil boom going on. Enough dollars flowing in.

b) Ramp up domestic manufacturing...with the aim of exporting more manufactured goods...which is what China, Japan and many developed countries do.

And this measures take time...and money.(We may have to take a loan, in my opinion, to boost power, water and transport....and even agric production specifically....in the short term.)
Apt response

The natal/birth rate of North most especially North West/North East is too much. I don't know what initiatives the government over there are making to curb issue of polygamy and uncontrolled sex activities because their recent encroachment to the middle belt and the entire south of the country is becoming too much. Every streets you turn to, you see them begging for alms including some immigrants from Niger and Chad republic.

Most ladies are now commenting why not if not so that they should be commended as wives material. The question should be if a lady could stay in a marriage of 100k?. Getting married to a man with that amount isn't the issue, we know out of desperation, circumstances, religious affiliation and family reasons many women will. But if the man over the years doesn't improve will she cope? Yes I can, does it mean the lady will be happy in the marriage when she sees her peers or co wives flaunting flamboyant lifestyles. What happens if eventually she start earning more than the man, will she remain humble? Are there chances of her not cheating on the man because she wants to cater for a certain lifestyle she is or was accustomed to. Men use your head don't get carried away by all these sugar coated tongues ladies saying they can.
Babe, we are talking about getting married to a man with monthly salary of 100k at the moment which is even more than enough, we all know as time goes on, such expenses may not cater for all expenditures of the hoe. With time, his financial status will change, not as if he will remain like that. For those peers flaunting their flamboyant lifestyles, well tonto dikeh story is a referral to this which speaks much about some of them living fake life trying to impress.

PrickGetSize:
No, don't marry him because he earns 100k per month. What of your friends who are married to millionaires and driving their own cars - are they not human beings like you? Why must you enter a marriage to suffer? Can 100k afford you a good house, buy your Brazilian hair and makeups? Have you even thought of raising children who should be fed, clothed and sent to good schools? Can 100k work these things out? No!
Reject that poor man and his meagre 100k; a better man will locate you. All you have to do is believe and wait, wait and wait for that man. Women still get married to rich men at age 60, so why the rush?
I swear, I need to buy drink for this "guy-man" cheesy
