OK Mr Jide, I'm having issues with this your so called mtn. They ripped me off my data and when I called your silly customer care, the ugly lady told me the night plan has been suspended and that I need to activate a new data plan on my sim which would be added to my previous suspended plan.i wasn't even notified that it was suspended. I only thought it was their smelly rubbish network fluctuating again. Please help

Thank you for responding to my complaint as no one has been able to. Well, I tried tracking it on the USPS website using the tracking number on the copy of the receipt she send me and it said on their website that it has arrived their USPS Facility in Jamaica NY and is it on transit to it destination. She sent it via a Post Office in West Virginia USA....it has been sent since Monday 16th May 2016

Please I need to know if my package is actually coming to Nigeria. My aunt just sent me a package from the USA and it was insured because the stuff cost a little. But to my surprise the tracking number she was given doesn't even have any alphabet at all. I only have a 20 digit number. She scanned and sent me a copy of the receipt which I still have it. On the receipt I seen clearly she had sent it to my home address because it was written on the receipt. But what baffles me is that, do you think it matters that it doesn't have any alphabet and do you think it's actually coming to Nigeria? Please help
