BHT's recent video made them remember they had some drones in storage. The terrorists had no clue as to what hit them. |

These still pictures from the video show a burning vehicle, probably a Toyota hilux. However, I didn't see any soft skinned vehicle fielded by our personnel through out the whole video and from pictures available. It could probably be a blue n' blue on the side of BHTs since they were just shooting indiscriminately.

BruncleZuma: Precisely that's when I knew they've upped their game.
Whoever runs G-2 for COAS should be fired. The issue is most of them aren't techy-savvy, they barely use the internet so they don't know much about what is going on. If some of them could covertly follow these threads on NL, they would surely learn a lot. |

I saw the video too, a BHT kid in a dilapidated building with DJI drone. |

BruncleZuma: This recent BHT incursion shows that we still haven't adapted to the changing face of our war against BHT. They are showing clear indications of evolving their techniques and we are still stuck with the COIN techniques of the countries that trained our troops. True, it just seems we never learn. Smart peeps are supposed to learn, evolve and adapt, always steps ahead of the enemies. I know there have been several changes, but evidently they aren't significant enough. Is it a crime if we go high-tech in this war? Recently, Russians revealed how they took control of fleet of drones meant to destroy their base. https://sputniknews.com/middleeast/201801081060595102-russia-drone-attack-hmeimim/Rather than invest in better platforms, NA bought soft-skinned vehicles, that are not even as sturdy as our Toyota hilux. More vehicles for BHT to capture. The response to that attack could have been handled better if we had invested in better platforms. |

ScienceWatch: Oh, I apologize then, while you go now and vent your outrageous, unwarrented hostility on decent peoples holy doctrines. I never insulted anyone. It was you that was busy insulting atheists calling them angry and resentful , and I just told you to focus on the message rather than the messengers. Below is an extract from your post which I quoted initially. ScienceWatch: Your scientific god has explained why you block higher truths that dont fit into Atheisms stated world agenda.
How do atheists/deists/agnostics,etc use defence mechanisms to deny God or a personal God? Richard Dawkins, PZ Myers, Sam Harris and others. They are angry and resentful people and shift the blame to other for the problems in their own lives. Now filled with hatred, they invent ideas that trap themselves and others. What follows are what psychologists and psychiatrist believe to be the major ways. My advice for you "properly stuffs before copying and pasting them." |

ScienceWatch: With all due respect Xbee007[b], You come off as a fool incapable of reasoning that resorts to copying and pasting other dumb people's statements then spew it out as if it is your own. Just look above, at the crap you have copied from others. You are living in Kokoo land if you think that evidence of the reality of the spirit world will change the hard heart of these Atheists here. I have been on many other Atheists blogs around the world where this is very possible, but not here.
You are too arrogant to realize that when you attack other decent peoples revered, holy, treasured doctrines, you are insulting them. Stay where you are. Are you sure it is me you wanted to quote? Cos I don't get this unwarranted hostility. |

tdayof: See here's the problem. If you don't have a guided ammunition, you'll have trouble dealing with this guys.
They had some guys whose work was to fire at the fighter jets then making the pilot making safety moves. They had some guys dealing with the ground troops. It wasn't a fair fight again. Seems the troops escaped as there was no dead body.
That might have been the order. Back out. Terrible, and they have been making huge loses within this period, especially to ISWAP. In fact, several weapons, vehicles and a personnel was captured. |

GeneralShepherd: Back in the day when smart people roamed the religion section. That is true, great minds indeed. Most of them have either deactivated or stopped logging in. I read every single post on this thread through the weekend and it was worth it. From the intelligent conversation of atheists to the feeble attempt of creationists to defend what is indefensible and their attempt to shove it down people's throat as proof of the existence of a supreme being. Why should any right thinking person reconcile with the existence of a supreme being that purportedly threw his creatures out of heaven for merely eating an apple that he himself wouldn't eat? That watches his only son nailed to the cross and did nothing about it. That promises eternal damnation to his own children that disobey his commands. All these religious books have biases. Like the Bible calls Israelites, apple of his eyes and the Qur'an says Arabic is the best language in the world. If I am going to ever be religious again, which I know is not possible, I will go for the religion of my forefathers not some Middle East sky daddies. |

Why are you comparing a propeller driven trainer aircraft with a fighter jet? Wierd! They are not one and the same. They are different. |

omenkaLives: In this age and time, purchasing these antiquities for defence purposes is downright embarrassing. Bros, they are not defending anything rather they were just bought to train young pilots before upgrading to faster supersonic planes. That is how most trainer aircrafts looks like. They aren't fancy, sleek and too fast. You don't give a F1 car to someone that is still learning how to drive. |

crazygod: U call this a fighter jet? Ordinary catapult will bring it down. Thing looks feathery in the air It is only you and some illiterate villagers that will call a propeller driven aircraft a fighter jet. It is a 4th generation trainer aircraft, no one is taking that to battle. Do we need to write it in a slate for ya? Although, one of its perquisite is its ability to carry out Close Air Support (CAS) in a low threat environment. Meaning it can be configured to drop bomb on terrorists location that has no Anti-Aircaft gun or SAM. |

hornyofife: Airforce leadership keep repeating old news to deceive the dullard in Aso rock and to create an impression that the monies given to them has been well spent and that NAF is working...
I personally, am not deceived..the Military is one of the most corrupt institutions in Nigeria and they are maximizing their gains by dragging the fight against bokoharam....The military leadership is making billions from the war...only ignorant ones will believe their deception. I get your point. However, there is no deception here, it is simply fact. We placed order for 10 units. Pakistan borrowed us 4 units so our pilots could train on them before delivery begins. Later they made 5 deliveries and the 4 they lent us were returned. Today, the delivery has been completed. Also, another delivery of a 4th generation fighter jet, JF-17 Thunder, is expected. Monies have been paid already. NAF has a new committed leaderships, let's give them the benefit of the doubt. |
