It was reported that the terrorists attacked with 4 MRAPs and 10 guntrucks. They initially disguised as an NA fighting patrol, shot at the CO of the base who went to meet them but missed, his adjutant was shot though before the situation was turned around. The terrorists escaped with the MRAPs though. The airforce should make it high priority to search for and destroy those guntrucks else, they will be used against another base qbd and it might be catastrophic this time around.

Others are reporting 1 MRAP Sha.
***Modified***
The fact that they were able to gain entry into the base is truly embarrassing. Will Nigeria Army ever learn from her mistakes?!

Even a blind man can see the link between Islam and Islamic terrorism. grin grin grin In fact, a wise man once said "Islamic terrorism is a redundancy."

ISIS, Boko Haram, Al Qaeda, Islamic Brotherhood, Al Shabab, etc are all from Islam. It's pretty convenient to say all these sects/people have misunderstood the Quran. Why always Islam? Why not Christianity, Buddhism, Sikhism, Judaism etc?

Lol..... I see. You can fool yourself not everyone.

Enjoy your belief. Let's stop here then. I am not here to preach Islam but correct your ignorance of Islam.

It won't harm you to read scholarly piece on Muhammad you're accusing.

Atheist Muslim by Ali A Rizvi

Understanding Muhammad and Muslims by Ali Sina.

I highly recommend this books for you and anyone who wish to understand Islam.

Caveat: Don't hate Muslims, but you can dislike the Islamic ideology.

U re somehow right.
The Christian leaders have seen this a long time ago and make changes to it. That is why you have old commandment and new commandment. I might not be totally right tho.
If someone tries that with islam, he might not be alive to see the next day.
Trying that with Islam is an automatic death penalty as it is considered a Bid'ah (novelty/innovation). For example, many human right activists who try to repeal Islamic apostasy law were murdered in cold blood, mostly by their close associates and relatives. The murderers are then celebrated as heroes. Numerous examples abound in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia etc.

Raw islam is very violent, and all the place the religion conquer in the middle east is through jihad.
Saudi is the only country practicing it that is why they just allow their woman to drive car not long ago.
Islam encourages Jihad. In fact, Muhammad said it is very good although most Muslims will think it is not as they don't know what is good for them.
Violence is the only way it can spread since very minute people in their right mind would willingly convert.

When I research the reason they said "when the engine of the car is started the car start vibrating, the vagina vibrate also, which is haram.
Am like WTF ?
So car don turn pussy vibrator.
Imagine being jealous of a car. grin grin grin

Muslims can be good but Islam is a bad ideology. Don't take my word for it, pick a copy of translated Qur'an and read it for yourself.

Can the Accusers drop a verse in the Quran that supports Terrorism? I guess UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain are not Muslim/Arab Countries.

Nairaland has damaged senses of most Nigerian Youths. They rather blindly believe gibberish as facts, as far as it suits their Emotion.

If you want to argue Terrorism, Extremism from Religion point of view, both Muslims and Christians are no Saints.
I'm not excusing Christianity too. In fact, the antagonistic role Christianity played against science and scientists dragged human civilization and is still doing it till date.

Just that Islam is one of the greatest threat mankind face today. No doubt about that.

“So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them, then make (them) prisoners, and afterwards either set them free as a favor or let them ransom (themselves) until the war terminates. That (shall be so); and if Allâh had pleased He would certainly have exacted what is due from them, but that He may try some of you by means of others; and (as for) those who are slain in the way of Allâh, He will by no means allow their deeds to perish. Not all muslim tho
It has to do with culture, when a culture supports fanaticism, that's what u get.
If not, why aren't Muslim from the south doing terrorism or supporting them.
When u have a Saudi Arabia kinda society u will get wat u have in the north.
The fanatism in the north is on another level, it only rival the ones in Saudi where public execution is the norm in the city square.
The problem with Islamic terrorism is Islam. Muslims that are not fundamentalists are not following the Quran and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad.

There is nothing Boko Haram, ISIS, ISWAP and other terrorists group do that Prophet Muhammad did not do. If you wish to eradicate terrorism, then you need to eradicate Islam. It really is a terrible religion.

The bitter pill of IPOB recklessly killing and enforcing hardship on civilians in the South East is very difficult to swallow for those who encouraged them when this madness started hence the silence. If it were to be soldiers killed or police station burnt, it would have been trending enormously.
The government would be making a lethal mistake by launching another military operation in that axis any time soon, allow the miscreant to continue with this behavior for some time, it is only a matter of time before the people who originally supported them start mobbing them and giving Intel to law enforcement agencies. They progressed from declaring sit at home once a year to enforcing it twice a week.
Just this morning, someone posted an advisory for people to stop driving or moving around with hilux vehicles as they are now attacking people in such vehicles. It can only get worse from here as most of these supposed freedom fighters are actually criminals recruited after the jailbreak and this is what they live for. Whoever is heading IPOB won't be able to stop them when he realizes the damage that is being done.
***Edited***
They knew IPOB/ESN killed Chike Akinyili when they mistook him for a politician yet are somehow blaming herdsmen, the red pill is obviously difficult to swallow. I am just watching the cognitive dissonance in awe. It is amazing how people can be easily brainwashed when you appeal to their emotions.

Even in Zamfara, the epicenter of banditry in Nigeria, bandits don't commit their crimes in public places. They always prefer secluded places and mostly under the cover of darkness, yet Dr Chike was murdered in broad day light with civilians watching and video taping the whole ordeal. When the man made several harrowing futile attempt to stand up with his dying breath, no one came to help him cry cry cry. Everyone was focused on getting the perfect gut wrenching video. The masses have been thoroughly brainwashed, truth is now secondary.

They fish! In fact, they control 99% of fishing in Lake Chad. It is also their major source of funding. This was why government banned fishing in that region years ago. Anyone caught fishing in that location is a legitimate target because they are contributing to the funding of terrorism.

What were they doing in the bastion of ISWAP? If you pay a visit to a terrorist's house and unfortunately for you the military drop bomb on you and the terrorists. Is the military to blame? The fishermen had it coming.

The "fishermen" were fishing in known enemy territory and are known to pay taxes to the enemy. In addition, the government had banned fishing in that location because it is the main source of income for terrorists.

The "fishermen" had it coming!

The FG and military should advise the Borno state Government to stop pushing people away from IDP camps then.
Which civilian did the Borno state government push to Kwatar Daban Masara, where the air strike took place? This location was considered a bastion of ISWAP.

I'm just trying to pass a message

No b today fishermen don dey fish at night cheesy
But the crux of the matter is not why they are fishing at night rather it is why they are fishing in enemy territory and paying taxes to the enemy. It is immoral and unpatriotic. In fact, fishing in that area needs to be permanently banned till it's in control of the government. Any civilian that work in that location is an acceptable collateral damage.
