If you can get a good mechanic to re~ring it good but if you've got the money to buy a new engine better. I don't think the ring is the problem since the engine still sounds good and only gives out smoke at high speed.

Even my former 4GB high end gaming machine never used more than 3.5GB even with 3 VMs running in addition to other software running in background.

Yes! You could use a mini laptop for programming if you're developing small projects using languages like java, c, c , python, in which case it'd do you good to use a lightweight editor such as notepad .
