Hope you know they won't look at online statistics? Things are bad in Nigeria, agreed! However, it is a place where you can do business if you have sense

Business is not done by sentiment. It is ridiculous when you say "They won't look at online statistics" You know less than an investor because he will explore every information before investing.

Worst still, these are foreign investor that will analyse your port, your currency, your policy improvement and effectiveness, Security and per capital income.

Can you answer to the effectiveness of above listed criteria?

What is your foreign exchange policy? What are the foreign airlines complaining of recently?

How will those complaints affect investors?

You are speaking to sound mind, investors for goodness sake. I guess investor listening to you will look at statistics showing "10 best African countries to invest in" after that, he will conclude that you are a disaster, liar and completely useless because you do not know what you are saying.

You will just kill yourself will bitterness and negative mindset if you keep wailing and thinking those who inked the deals are idle jesters on Nairaland. I am sure you don't even know that ordinary Osun landed a giant large-scale gold mining investment. To build a goldmine of mid range can cost over a billion dollars. I am sure that you have not read the PDA law that's why you find $42 billion deals shocking. Dangote refinery in Lagos alone is valued at $20 billion so how $42 billion in oil and gas stoke up bitterness in you and touched a raw spot in you is obvious.
Those who signed $42 billion saw opportunities and I pray they achieve great returns on their investments.
Btw, 5G licence alone by NCC goes for a reserved price of N75 billion and the two companies already indicating interest are owned substantially by foreigners.

You have left our point and went into a different thing altogether. You make a point, bring me into it and make your conclusion. Aren't you so funny?

Did you answer any of my questions?

$42 billion deals were signed by this PMB administration just this week and these are verifiable deals . I honestly don't know who or what basis was used above but it's foolhardy for Nigeria that they didn't have on the list to be inking $42bilion deals despite being the largest economy in Africa. If you are investing in Africa and you are not in Nigeria then you are a fringe player because most countries GDP are sometimes less than $10 billion so how can you invest $40 billion in those countries on the list that their total GDP since their independence has remained less than $40 billion.
If this land does not bless you, it is your fault because you just have a negative mindset towards the land.

Below is the aerial picture of a multibilliondollar investment by a Canadian Gold mining investor in our gold mining sector located in Osun state. Thor’s Segilola gold mine reached commercial production this October and will soon start impacting on the IGR of Osun state.

All the enemies of Nigeria will lose las las. They always lose. God bless Nigeria forever.

I hope you know how useless your point sounds?

Signed $40b, is this the money investors are investing?
What is the economic prospect of investing in Nigeria?
What is your policy like?
What is working in this country that will attract investor?
How long do you maintain policy or policies jump from sky at every point?

It is just too easy for authorities in the Nigerian security to say "The matter will be investigated" With Time when she recovers, they will find ways to deny it.

What other investigations do they need than to check her up in the hospital?

The case of police brutality is so high because the system is not taking action against the police.

Just look at how they want to cover up LEKKI incident.

This is getting out of hands. Now, let us settle this.

You do not own your life. Kindly say amen to this.

If someone was killed in Lekki that day, the one that gave you life should take it immediately? Just say "Amen" after 5 days if you can continue, then no one died.

Go and Walk with the Governor. My only prayer is for the God of Justice to visit all those walking in acceptance that there was no one killed.

The blood of the Innocent killed will fight for justice. If they can kill the people and deny it, we have no power of our own. We handover the blood of those killed to the God of Justice.

If you were killed as a result of #Endsars demand in Lekki, may you never have rest till you avenge your death on those trying to cover it up.

No idea, no nothing to bring to table. See how African footballers are suffering in Europe just because Africans won't get her ass together.

Nigerians should be weary of indolent leaders. We have smart minds for goodness sake. If our best lead us, we will gradually transform Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

I missed a Water Technology training holding on Enugu for circumstances beyond my control.

First, as innovative and this idea is I don't think it will be financially sustainable. Hauling few litres of water on tricycle pickup through the ragged 9th mile expressway is next to economic delinquency and waste of time and resources.

The water works were left to deteriorate over the years, true the government have replaced the submersible pumps in the deep wells around the Ajali sandstone but what happened to a mega 34" composite piping from Udi through some other plain down into Enugu metropolis? His praise singers find it difficult to effectively think and advice him properly.

He should turn the entire prospective pipeline route into estates and transport water with keke.

Honestly, hauling water to homes is the worst thing I have ever heard of. Can't thar state wakeup and walk yo this man? Who are the people close to him? This project is the lowest one can imagine.
Politics / Re: Ugwuanyi Unveils Action Plan Towards Tackling Water Supply Challenge In Enugu by xelly: 7:45am On Nov 28, 2021
This is trash. Why can't they build water treatment plant and supply water to the metropolis? This is like halking water.

City design includes water supply both for fire fighter and domestic use.

This country keep breeding empty heads as leaders. Will that French company do this is France?
Politics / Re: If Tinubu Is Lying About His Age, His Presidential Ambition Is Already Over by xelly: 9:11pm On Nov 27, 2021
softwareman:

Tinubu is 69 years old. He has consistently declared his age as far back as 1992 when he contested for and won Lagos west senatorial district with the highest vote cast in the entire country for that election.
That was just a few months after taking a sabbatical from his position as Mobil treasurer.
That election was his first ever.
So any questions about his age now is the handiwork of perpetual and habitual Tinubu haters.
Unfortunately most of them are Igbos. And Biafran terrorists agitators.

You didn't answer my questions. They are straight questions that are begging for direct answers.

Though not part of this discussion but, how did you verify your claim regarding the sentence in bold?
