RomanceRe: My GF Wants 20k Per Month For Pocket Money by xp17(m):
angela98: if u can't meet her demands and she continues toif not, she might start cheating on you. Let's look at it from a bad girl perspective, 20k is not a lot considering the quality sex and attentions she gives you. If you patronised a prostitute regularly for one month and she charges you per pour, calculate it and u will see that it's going to be more than the money she is asking for. Not to mention the emotional involvement, the love and care you both share
can you hear your self? before I start my criticism, let me first do your lame maths.

eqn.......(1) Nigeria prostitute goes as low as #300/pour.
eqn .......(2)30days/month.

assuming you have sex every other 2days, let find the amount spent every month

soln....
300*30= #9000
9000/2= #4500/months.

but seriously, your bad girl assumption makes no sense to me on this case, because it's two unrelated scenarios. likening a girlfriend with a prostitute is like calling a pastor a witch doctor.

@op, I don't think it's idea to make that kinda commitment with a girlfriend , not even a wife. if you wanna give, let it be at your pace and let no one compel you to. if you start obliging to cheap blackmails from ladies, my guy you are doom for life.

let no one deceive you , sex is the cheapest thing on earth.check my maths up there , you see how #4500 can get you 15 different girls in a month. Hun?
so, anyone telling you to make some kinda lucre commitment for sex is still oblivious on it being the cheapest purchase hitherto.

disclaimer: I'm not saying you should not give financially to enhance your relationship, but saying do not , I repeat , do not let someone make it a mandatory ritual on you, especially telling you what to, instead of what you can.

good morning all.
RomanceRe: Breaking Up... by xp17(m):
why not try to fix issue for Pete sake? this is my problem with this generation , they are always looking for where it's greener. personally ,i think breaking up should be the last option; not the first.

-have you tried to work things out?
-do you think the next guy would be better? if yes, what is your assurance?
-have you tried some kinda spacing for sometime to resolve issues?
- have you tried talking things out?
-have you asked yourself what you are not doing right?
- have you bothered to know why things are going haywire?
- have you sat your a'ss down to ask yourself if there is some shitt you are not doing right.
-have you tried all you could.
-or you are one of those that bitchh around?

not all that glitters is gold. so ;wherever and, whoever you think is better might just be a worse butt kicker .

if you adopt the culture of running to uncertainty, my dear, you are at the verge of accumulating lots of Exes and in and, outta marriages.

no relationship is perfect or close to perfection. instead of fantasizing on what you don't have , why don't you appreciate what you've got?

fantasizing other people's realities is a bitchh.

good luck.

RomanceRe: Y Do Ladies Make It Seem Hard To Tlk To Them? by xp17(m): 2:05am On Jul 23, 2014
swtesther: i fancy cute and confident guys,so if you aint confident,i wont allow you get close to me talkles of talking to me.
...and the cute and confident fella seldom have time for one lady, they are like a free bird moving from nest to nest. do not you think there are other appealing qualities you could get other than "confidence and fine boy" . yes, it's good to mingle with a confident and a fine fella, but remember, you can not eat your cake and have it .

I would go for confidence + cute + something else
or
something else + something else - confidence -cute.
confidence and cute standing alone without other attributes is zero, incase you are unbeknownst prior.

sir, It's not about Nigeria, but the person involved . it happens everywhere, this includes but not limited to white, Mexicans, Filipino, Asians, and africans.
Paroman: Nigga this is so lame....A tragic incident in which have a Nigerian dead, another one requiring intensive medical care, and all you could say is this? Smh
I blame you for quoting the helpless fo0l. it baffles when I see people having tribal disparities in the 21st century.
next time, ignore such people, because they don't worth the hassle of being quoted.

RomanceRe: Dealing With Bossy Women by xp17(m):
personally,I like bossy women. I like their confidence and they are less likely to cheat because of their egos. unlike one of those eddy Murphy asked to bark like a dog, they could cheat at every slightest woo, even from a weakling.

According to mattewBrigg , every woman has a button and the bossy ones are no excluded. if you really know the right button to push, they ll be like loyal milk to you.

ur comment of course. what else were you thinking? gbeff
never again justify your wrongs by pulling those doing the right stuffs down. those guys deserve more than a thread. if you ask me, I'd give them all my cowries for doing what is right especially in a wrong world we live in today.they are on track and I take my hat off for them cool .

if you think they do not deserve a thread, why do not you create one for prostitutes; your cohorts? or is anyone stopping you not to?. guilty conscience is been a bitchh since 1903.

I like criticism, but not this half baked type that can't hold the rain. next time when you criticize , please endeavor to make it kinda constructive and give some good reasons as well.

RomanceRe: Is Love Possible Without Money? by xp17(m):
the question should be "does love really exist amongst partners?

love is kinda illusive to me , because I'm yet to see 'love' exist without a condition attached.

real love is when you find nothing interesting in the person, but just love the person, irrespective of his/her status quo.

note: even if you love the person because he/she is being nice, the "NICE" already placed a condition which makes it infatuation. and infatuation is a bitchh , especially when that first attraction is gone. hope you grab this? Geoff!

in my stand to be corrected opinion, I'd say true love is only found amongst parents and their kids ,because no matter what , they are always there for one and other irrespective of what.

be the first to pick a stone if only you can agree to date and nurse a partner that's imbecilic or have other types of severe disabilities for 23yrs plus with smiles, hope, prayer, love, and care without knowing him/her from Adam and eve. if none, then love does not exist btw spouses

-your beer quietly share the same fridge with another beer without altercation.

-it's always advised to have 3 some plus with your beer.

RomanceRe: Please Who Owns A Man? by xp17(m): 6:21pm On Jul 19, 2014
Nonso23: To be honest eh... Although most women don't like to accept this fact but in the grander scheme of things a mother outranks a wife in a man's list of 'run-to' people. .(Unless the mother in question is a terrible one).

Forget all those 'i love you pass my mama' men say, truth is : There are many lines a mother would cross with her son (without him even batting as much as an eyelid) that a wife wouldn't even dare with her husband.

The decision of whom to marry is either directly or indirectly influenced by the mother. Indirectly; in the form the values she indoctrinated into him all his life regarding his choice of a spouse. Directly; by her outright approval or disapproval of his choice of women.

Who owns a man is himself... but no matter how much you think you can manipulate him as a wife; no one pushes his mumu button better than a good mother.
When wives become mothers they'll understand better.

Most men wouldn't want to openly admit it but it's the simple truth.

FamilyHappy father's day (true Story) by xp17(op):
In 1989 an 8.2 earthquake almost
flattened Armenia, killing over 30,000
people in less than four minutes.
In the midst of utter devastation and
chaos, a father left his wife securely at
home and rushed to the school where his
son was supposed to be, only to discover
that the building was as flat as a
pancake.
After the traumatic initial shock, he
remembered the promise he had made
to his son: "No matter what, I'll always
be there for you!" And tears began to
fill his eyes. As he looked at the pile of
debris that once was the school, it looked
hopeless, but he kept remembering his
commitment to his son.
He began to concentrate on where he
walked his son to class at school each
morning. Remembering his son's
classroom would be in the back right
corner of the building, he rushed there
and started digging through the rubble.
As he was digging, other forlorn parents
arrived, clutching their hearts, saying:
"My son!" "My daughter!" Other well
meaning parents tried to pull him off of
what was left of the school saying:
"It's too late!"
"They're dead!"
"You can't help!"
"Go home!"
"Come on, face reality, there's nothing
you can do!"
"You're just going to make things worse!"
To each parent he responded with one
line: "Are you going to help me now?"
And then he proceeded to dig for his
son, stone by stone.
The fire chief showed up and tried to
pull him off of the school's debris,
saying, "Fires are breaking out,
explosions are happening everywhere.
You're in danger. We'll take care of it.
Go home." To which this loving, caring
Armenian father asked, "Are you going
to help me now?"
The police came and said, "You're angry,
distraught and it's over. You're
endangering others. Go home. We'll
handle it!" To which he replied, "Are
you going to help me now?" No one
helped.
Courageously he proceeded alone
because he needed to know for himself:
"Is my boy alive or is he dead?"
He dug for eight hours . . . 12 hours . . .
24 hours ... 36 hours . . . then, in the
38th hour, he pulled back a boulder and
heard his son's voice. He screamed his
son's name, "ARMAND!" He heard back,
"Dad!?! It's me, Dad! I told the other
kids not to worry. I told 'em that if you
were alive, you'd save me and when you
saved me, they'd be saved. You
promised, 'No matter what, I'll always be
there for you!' You did it, Dad! . . . "
"What's going on in there? How is it?"
the father asked.
There are 14 of us left out of 33, Dad.
We're scared, hungry, thirsty and
thankful you're here. When the building
collapsed, it made a wedge, like a
triangle, and it saved us."
"Come on out, boy!"
"No, Dad! Let the other kids out first,
'cause I know you'll get me! No matter
what, I know you'll be there for me!"

@ujsizzle, what is the name of your church? I don't mind being an usher. cool
Christianity EtcRe: The Christian Chatbox ( sticky) by xp17(m):
UjSizzle: Hi. I've been there.
The first thing you need to do is figure out why you can't pray or study the bible. Is it something you read, watched, heard? Or you just don't "feel" like you used to about Christianity?
Figure that out.

Secondly, I don't see why you don't want to go to church, but you can always listen to sermons on tv or try podcasts. I've found those to be a good substitute. Also try read Christian books too. You don't want to stay totally out of touch. Alternatively you can visit websites of Christian writers.

Spend more time listen to others talk about God and Jesus, and think about the disconnection you feel. Tell yourself the truth while you're thinking. Then you need to have faith that God hears you. No matter how hard praying seems now, still go on your knees and spill. I mean spill literally. Rant, rave, tell God exactly what's going on like you would your mum and ask for help. Trust me, you'll get it.

The most important step however is for you to pick up an actual bible and read it. Don't worry about the words, God will speak to you like he did me. Don't worry about it feeling right, and remember that God says he's got you and has no plan of letting you go. Push yourself. You'll never get anything done if you continue to wonder why you can't do anything.

Blessings.
appreciated! I have a prayer book that was given to me by my aunty, by pst. olukuya of MFM. those prayer points are not for me, I guess it would be better off for those folks with some kinda spiritual attacks. personally, I prefer the kinda praise and worship format.

although, i have not attended any church service over a year and half plus, except on New year eve , which I barely attended for less than 15mins. but I always listen to gospel channel whenever I'm driving and sometimes , watch them on YouTube. I think I'm okay with it for now, because most times one ends up going to a church without receiving anything. either the pastor ain't passing the right message or one is been distracted...btw, "this gospel" is rarely preached nowadays.

I believe God answers prayer and I have seen Him done it several times to/for/towards me. as you suggested, I'll press a little harder to take the bible piece by piece till I'm fully there.

once again, garcia!
