when government builds oil refinery in Kaduna state does Kaduna state in North produces oil??

So why build the VVF centre in Ebonyi with it low VVF prevalence?
Or is it about tourism? ie the money to be spent on hotels by people who will accompany the patients from other states to the facility

Why not place a facility to deal what the issues most common in Ebonyi (malaria, yellow fever, excessive partying or whatever, no insult intended) in that state and put the VVF facility in "the North"?

everything can not be achieved within a short time...moreover which state in Nigeria that do not av the same problems in their rural areas even including Abuja de FCT...ebonyi state is not as old as that of ur own state, even after years of neglect by its elder States in SE it stil manage to compete they. i think they re not doing so bad as u av labelled... pls

I live in Afipko south in Ebonyi and that place is basically the most underdeveloped state in Nigeria.

Abeg watin De for CAS and kpirikpiri when them wan go snap bros . Na the best places he snap . I Don stay for Ebonyi for a year and I Don visit twice this year and stay 2weeks om each visit . The only thing you can tell me about Abakaliki is their electricity condition . It's cool, but mind you its one Abakaliki that enjoy that in the whole state . I served at Afikpo which is the second most exposed town in the State and electricity there was pathetic. We went months without seeing it sometimes and when it comes it don't stay for more than 2days
