So for una mind, police bring out money pay between N150,000 to N250,000 to publish picture of a suspected sexual offender.
Police that you must pay money to buy writing material to lodge a complaint, pay for bail, pay for trnsport to scene of crime, pay before you are allowed to carry the dead body of relation in their custody?
