I have a universal modem. Pls how can I use it on the queen cos even if I want to use it on a system it will tell me to install d modem software first....is it possible to use the modem on the queen if yes pls how?

they are written in front of the channels on d*** using Queen and mine as not expired since i bought it i.e is not up to a year.

I checked their forum on Facebook people are saying the HD channels are working now pls how true is this before I but on my generator cos the generator is to big for me to be carrying up and down will av to call my neighbor.
