Yes, they are senior lawyers that's exactly why they know better than you. It's a criminal case. Common sense should have told you all criticising the path they took that it should have been a lot easier for them (Lawyers) to file the case straight to court rather than going through NPF; therefore if they decided to go through NPF, it all means that the case is more criminal than civil. By the way, what's the hypocrisy about? You ask them to go to court, they go to court, you come out again to ask why? Were you really expecting PDP to cave into the distraction (bait) that APC is throwing at them thereby making them (PDP) look like the Villains and APC the Victims (of witch-hunting)? Or do U sincerely think (in your mind, tell yourself the truth, not me) that if GMB had made all As' in his WASC result, that APC would have been hesitating to write to WAEC and Cambridge all these while they have been flaunting Osibanjo's office and pack of books, hosting press conference and media publications here & there?
