Thanks for your suggestion. Is this setup like the normal type? As I cannot mount a panel on the roof here. BigDickProblems: Go for a Lithium battery, inverter and a Jinko Panel. It’s cheaper and much better except for mobility and portability. |

Good day everyone,
I have read through this thread extensively. Thank you for all the free info so far. I would like to power my workstation (Laptop, Monitor, Router, Ring light to be used sparingly) and a few other smaller gadgets like phones and tabs. I am not so conversant with the output and input capacity stated so far, so I am seeking support to make the best choice for my setup. At the moment,
I wouldn't be able to afford the Delta 2 which I have seen many people recommend. So my questions are
What cheaper alternative of the Ecoflow variant would you recommend? How long can it last while it's in use with all the devices stated? I am unable to mount a panel where I live at the moment, do you recommend the foldable panel and which of them should I be looking to buy? Is it possible to drop the ecoflow device indoors and connect a wire to the panel that I can take back inside my home after charging (just like the generator type? Kindly assist a newbie, I look forward to your responses. Thank you |

hunniesuzie: It's no big deal, I chose spinal anesthetic because I wanted to be awake during the procedure. I had to bend and stay still for the injection (this was hard because I was contracting badly), once it went in, within 5-10 mins surgery started, I didn't feel a thing and was laughing with the doctors (they were gisting about how they were going to celebrate after a long successful day of CS procedures). about 20 mins layer, baby came out, cried, and was taken for weighing and cleaning, I was stitched back up, didn't feel a thing. I was told not to raise my head for any reason for 12 hours. The first reaction I remember was shivering which they said was normal. I stayed flat on my back till the next morning (surgery was over around 6pm, started about past 5) when I was forced to start walking around.
The pain once the meds wear off is a lot! But I was given meds to take the edge off, walking around periodically also helps. Don't carry anything heavier than your baby, no sweeping, bending, stressing bathing (depending on the type of stitches). Coughing and sneezing should be avoided if possible
I was discharged on day 3, within 1 week I was back to myself, driving short distances, stitches came out after 2 weeks and I was 100%
Almost 2 years after, tummy is flat, only a small scar around my bikini line, zero pain or effect
Will I willingly do it again? Absolutely, I'd rather go ELCS than labour then end up doing emergency CS (which was what happened the first time)
Point of this story is to relieve your mind, it's not a big deal and it's better if your doctors have advised this route. The biggest issue is the pain after. Just make sure you're confident in your doctors and trust God to see you through
All the best You nailed this! I had similar experience, i had EmCS during my first pregnancy and then I opted for ElCS this time around. Once you can judiciously take your meds you are good to go. |

BS! BS! BS! Part 1 I was about 10weeks gone when I discovered I was pregnant, I started having slight nausea and weird cravings and then my journey began. Generally, my pregnancy journey was an easy one because after a while I could eat everything and anything and hubby started complaining of my weight gain * in my mind wetin concern me just because I had never been on the big side so I was so sure I would snapback easily* Apart from the stress of coping with a toddler and hubby absent most times and I had no help....I prayed for weeks and months to go so fast. Chai! I was so ugly, I barely had anything to wear that would fit my trailer bump. Abeg let me fly to the main story, I had decided that I would go for an elective CS after my first experience, I experienced labour pain and was induced twice but no show and I ended up in the theatre. My dear friends this time I made up my mind to carry my two legs and walk to the theatre myself no time for drama abeg(chai see baddo na) , I had chosen a date with my doc(6th Nov) and I was asked to report to the hospital to be admitted 5th,that day I just packed my bags and zoomed off to the hospital at about 5pm, they ran some tests(pcv and urinalysis) to ensure I will be fit for the procedure, before I fell asleep that night a nurse had brought the consent form for me to sign....after signing it I developed cold feet..see me see wahala...I started to think what if I fell into labour that night....I just waved it off and managed to fall asleep. |
