My breast is very full and my baby has been sucking from day one very often but the milk won't flow, I have used a manual pump and just very little came out,massaged with hot water nothing yet.

What can I do.... I am in so much pain,I haven't experienced this before o

We are both doing fine and have just been able to come online since then.
That’s how I ported from November sha o but we Thank God.

in every situation have learnt to give thanks.after the URINARYAND FULL BLOOD COUNT test it shows i have infections that needs to be treated but it will affect the pregnancy even if i decide to leave it that the pregnancy might still result to miscarriage later .its better i treat it now and prepare for a better one.so i decide to start the treatment ystdy lo and behold everything came down i guess i thank God for life and to all the mummies thank you all,i know and believe God has a better plan for me.

Thank God at least the root cause was found....
Be strong and you will see yourself back and bubbling ready to waddle again...
Dont let what hubby says get to you....after all his ginger when baby arrives he will be dozing at night while you stay awake to breastfeed (times like this I want to pinch my husband)

thank you so much,ive decides to let God decides for me in everything i give thanks to GOD.@ floraEC Dr said the injection is not neccessary that that the tab can do it.he advised i go for, FBC MP AND URINARYSIS @viettastitches hmmm hubby is jst someone that is obssesed with children and need one for himself ASAP so he ita always my fault whenever this happens.@whyworryPH God has been faihful and i knw he will contineu to be with me.ive given up on this one i know God is still on the throne and will do it in due time.

Sorry you have to go through this but I believe apart from you being on bedrest kindly put your mind at rest also.... Forget about the pressure from your husband because it is not easy to carry a child inside you for 9months.....it's obvious you are on panic mode but I can assure you that speaking to God and then your baby can make things right.

I will advice you seek a second opinion on this to put your mind at rest, preferably a govt clinic.

Where do I even start, I thank God the journey is finally over... It was 41 weeks long on the dot. Initially had a miscarriage in December n it entered again in January. Had no MS except tiredness n weakness but I was always spotting so progesterone n all.... Well, I started to show bfr 3 months... So I knew baby was big n I registered in two hospitals. One said it was liquor, the other said I was tall so it was OK. At week 36, I did a scan. Baby was 3.97kg n the private hospital booked me for elcs but the govt hospital said I should wait till I enter Labour naturally so I waited. 37 weeks, size was 4.2kg.told d govt Dr I was tired cos the tommy was huge n the weight on my waist was something else. Was drinking pineapple, climbing staircase, baby no answer me. Had to stop work last week of September cos anywhere I enter, them dey clear road.
Anyway at 40 weeks plus 4 days, told them I couldn't wait again n they booked me for induction at 40plus6.
Day came,d doctor that did the cervical ripening was pure evil, she no even send my plenty shouting as she dey chook hand dey complain say she nor dey fit touch the whatever. She go call another person come with bigger hand, that one try try, I was die.... Later she put the cerclage say make I dey go back to ward. 6 am next day, she removed it n checked again, it didn't work as the cervix was still far inside. About three of them did it, I don shout tire... Just dey tell myself say I no go cry so I beat the urge. Eventually they brought the oxytocin drip to try n induce. First one almost finish bfr the epidural people came. They did the epidural n me wey dey fear needle bfr, I just come see am like play compare d to the other pains I had been through. Funny enuf, the epidural only worked on the right side. It didn't work on the left. They said it's cos I was lying down when they refilled for the first time.... So it was like that till the end.. They kept wondering why I was shouting after using epidural n I kept shouting when I could that it wasn't working.... Guess they didn't believe me. Anyway the pain was outta this world n at some point when they refill the epidural, it will calm dowm n fly up again.... Long story short, I was contracting longer harder but within a shorter time, back to back in seconds yet I didn't dilate well.... After hours, I was only 4cm dilated, that was around 5 or so.... What I started since morning.... All of the nurses n doctors around kept saying I won't be able to push that my tommy was too big n they called my consultant but he insisted I pushed n the induction should continue.... Eventually by 5 6pm there about, he came n checked me n said its only 4cm dilated that its taking too long n the head is not fitting properly into the cervix cos it's bigger than it hence an emergency CS is required... Na there I vex but I didn't care again.. They removed the oxytocin which was the second drip I was taking n the contractions didn't stop. Took me to the theater around past 6 or so... Like I said I didn't care anymore... Eventually a nice doctor that did the anaesthetics n I went into another realm... Could hear what was going on n when my baby came out I felt it m heard his cry.... N they all started yabing me that my baby was huge.... 4.7kg. They said it's their biggest baby this year.... Showed him to me n went to clean him... Came back to ward much later n I had so much anger in me for allowing me go thru all that n still end up with cs when I could have just done it at 37 38 weeks then I'm the private hospital.... My mama no wan hear cs, now we didn't have a choice... Babys skin was wrinkled, they said cos he stayed too long in the womb... Ive learnt to forgive myself n love my big man... Chubby n sweet... Heard his skin will clear.... Feeding him dey turn my eyes sef but I'll adjust n find a way, will be going home today to have a good sleep bfr the vigil starts....

It's normal at this stage especially if you are always standing or sitting. But it's also important to check your urine and BP to rule out any other thing. I believe you are on weekly appointments now. Please demand that they check your urine and BP. We are almost there
Meanwhile, try elevating your feet when sitting or laying on the bed.

This mama has said it all, kindly check you BP and do a urinalysis to rule that out, keep you feet elevated while sitting and sleeping, try not to stand for too long because these are the major causes of fluid retention.
