Sometimes I wonder the use of this so called NDA!!!

When all they do is produce corrupt minds, Even the bitter truth is 85% of people going into this Academy have this mindset of superiority over civilian...

NDA is useless until this fuc*ed country is reformed...

Still wondering why a stack illiterate will ask me to get down from my own car all in the name of am playing loud music and driving, threatening to shoot my leg off, taging me a criminal, Soooo lifeless country.... No single respect for we the civilian in front of the mofos..

Well, that's your own view of the Academy. I will politely tell you that NDA is the one of the institutions that mode character. If you have had an interaction with an Academy product, you will understand.

Secondly, corruption is not nurtured and groomed in any institution. Even the conventional schools are displaying there level and affinity to corruption. For instance, SUG, Association leaders in different schools.

Please spare me that NDA corruption allegation.

Stay Safe.

Good day house.

I meet my girlfriend recently in school, she's an undergraduate student while I'm a post graduate student.

She is a very beautiful girl and well endowed. For the few months we've dated she's one of a kind. She has a good heart, buys me stuffs even though I'm not poor, cleans my house and relates well with my sister to mention a few.

However she told me about her ex, she loved him and supported him financially because he was a student and broke.

We have been going smooth until this night she decided to tell me her past without me asking. She said I am too special but I have to know who she truly is.

She started by saying she's had two abortions for her ex, that she slept with many guys for money which she eventually spent on her ex. I was dumbfounded and I'm in a dilemma now. She just said I should forgive her that I don't deserve her.

I don't know how to tackle this majorly because she confessed without me asking and she did all these before I meet her.

So many heart breaks from her. I don't personally believe her story ooo! I think it's all fabricated to test your reactions and actions.

But if true, Bros she can be your gold. Just shine your eyes without prejudice.

Crime / Herdsmen Attack by Yahunemerem01(m): 1:38pm On Jul 01, 2019
Yesterday, I received the news of the letter written by Herdsmen to my village, Umuohia village in Ahiaba-Mbu Autonomous Community of Obingwa Local Government Area of Abia State, Nigeria. The letter, as I heard is in the custody of one Chief Chinkata Otimgba the supposed(Not yet confirmed) traditional ruler of Ahiaba-Mbu Autonomous Community, informing the village of an attack planned by them(FULANI Herdsmen) because of their supposed missing cows. My Dad was informed of the threat by Mr. Sunday Dinnaya, an indigene and resident of the Nnekuta axis of Umuohia village. He told my Dad that the Herdsmen met him and told him that the residents of Nnekuta Road should provide two of their missing cows or prepare for an attack. He further said that they informed him that they had written to the traditional ruler of the community.
It is worthy of note that the Nnekuta axis of Umuohia village is more of a farmlands that are currently undergoing slow development, the road leads to Obingwa Local Government Headquarter in Mgboko and these herdsmen had succeeded in destroying economic crops in the area that farmers no longer fancy going to that axis to farm. Now they are now accusing us the residents of the road of thef.
I am calling on the Law enforcement agencies, political office holders in the state and federal to immediately make sure that no rancour of such being plan by the herdsmen ever happen.
This is for the growth and development of Obingwa, Abia and Nigeria.

A Nigerian man has taken to social media to expose the plot of scammers who contacted him to get his personal bank details after revealing his BVN and some other details they are not supposed to have.

According to the man, a certain number called him claiming they are calling from a Nigerian bank. They gave out some of his details and then expecting the man to divulge more details about himself.

He then wondered how they got his other details in the 1st place if there are no insiders in the bank.
Read his post:

I just received a phone call from this number – 09036210054 saying he’s from

@FirstBankngr, He told me my Date of birth, BVN and even the first 4 Numbers on my ATM card ,He called me again begging and even asked me to speak with “His manager” .. This a thread of all the Convos.
Here he called me Back again .. It’s now clear that these people have insiders in these Banks Bcs there is no way he could have gotten all those information about me except through someone working in the bank .. Imagine the no of people they would have called today
Here he said I should speak to his Manager .. I became very scared at this junction , A manager working on a Sunday ?

@segalink @FBN_help. it’s high time we began to hold these banks responsible for the frauds going on in Customers accounts . This is getting out of hands.
Nigeria has totally been destroyed. In this 21st Century, Fraudsters go around calling people with Registered phone numbers and No arrest or tracking has ever been made on this people .. A giant of Africa for that Matter !!!
They needed the Remaining Numbers on the ATM Card, The other 3 Numbers at the back and the OTP that would be sent to the phone number . And that’s how they can be able to transfer funds from the account

Crime / Re: Man Kidnapped By Suspected Fulani Herdsmen In Edo, Recounts Ordeal by Yahunemerem01(m): 1:01pm On Mar 21, 2019
CastedDude:
A Nigerian film maker and actor, Femi Ogedengbe, has taken to social media to narrate on behalf of a victim - his horrifying experience at the hands of gunmen alleged to be Fulani herdsmen over the weekend in Edo state.

Read the lengthy piece he shared on his Instagram page yesterday.

Oh Nigeria ! I weep… ARMED ROBBERY AND KIDNAPPING BY ARMED FULANI HERDSMEN ON ORE-BENIN EXPRESSWAY - OFOSU (INCIDENT HAPPENED AROUND 3 PM LAST SATURDAY MARCH 16, 2019). For my personal safety and to avoid a reprisal or repeat attack, God forbid, let me call myself Barrister A.

I was on my way to Jattu, near Auchi in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State Nigeria for my younger sister's traditional marriage billed to take place in Jattu.

I set out from Lagos and was having a very smooth ride until I entered Edo State. At Ofusu just before Okada Town, I noticed that the cars and tipper in front were driving in a zigzag manner. I applied my brakes and a sienna car that was beside me Also tried to brake and hit me on my side and forced me to hit the keb we struggled until the vehicles came to a halt. I raised my head to find out what was happening and got the scare of my life. Young Fulani men armed with AK47 riffles were shooting at us. I tried to reverse my car they were also behind shooting. A large number of vehicles were trapped in between.

As I tried to open my door one of them came to my side pointing an AK47 at me. I quickly raised up my hands and pleaded with him not to shoot. I gave him my wallet which he collected and put in his pocket.

As I was alighting from my car another Fulani man charged at me with his dagger. I begged him not to stab me. He pushed me to the side of the road and into the bush. They also took other people hostage.

We met the other abductees on the way lying face down. There were two women and five men. The men were being beaten with heavy sticks. They rode past them and took me to a tomatoes farm. I came down and was asked to sit down. I immediately obeyed. They warned me to stop looking at their faces or else they would kill me. I begged for my life like I have fever done before.

While seated one of them came to me told me "oga we done kidnap you and your money na N100 million". Unconsciously laughter escaped from my mouth and the guy said "oga if you laugh again I go kill you". I said "sorry oga na mistake I no laugh no vex". He asked how much I was ready to pay as ransom? I told him that I did not have money but that I could ask my brother to raise N500,000 for them. The guy said I was mad and that they did not come to the road for that kind of money and that the last they would take is N50million and that if I refused to pay they would kill me. I kept pleading.

They continued questioning all the abductees. I kept reciting Psalms 91 and 23 and was praying seriously under my breath. At a point they left us alone and went a distance from us. They were making calls.

Suddenly they returned and asked who could ride a bike amongst us. A young man amongst us said he could ride. One if them came to me and said take your phone. He returned one of my three phones taken from me. I could not believe my ears. He gave it to me and asked me to pocket it , and I did.

The young man started the bike and the instructed two of my co-abductees to carry me on the bike and said we should go straight that we will hit the Express road. The eight if us were released just like that. It was divine intervention. The release was after over three hours with them.

Politics / Re: INEC under fire for declaring Orji Kalu winner of 'inconclusive' elections by Yahunemerem01(m): 10:54pm On Mar 06, 2019
fergie001:
The Independent National Electoral Commission has come under fire after declaring Orji Kalu winner of a senatorial election in apparent disregard of its own guidelines.

Mr Kalu, a former governor of Abia State and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), was declared the winner of Abia North Senatorial District election conducted on February 23, 2019.
Mr Kalu polled 31,201 votes, according to Charles Anumudu, the INEC returning officer for the district.

The incumbent senator, Mao Ohuabunwa of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), trailed Mr Kalu with 20,801 votes in the election.

However, Mr Ohuabunwa argued, and election and civic engagement experts agreed, that the election should have been declared inconclusive without a winner.

‘Arbitrary pronouncement’

According to a breakdown of the result by INEC, 38,526 votes were cancelled during the exercise, a number significantly greater than the margin of 10,400 between Messrs Kalu and Ohuabunwa.
“The election should have been declared inconclusive,” said election expert Samson Itodo. “There should have been a re-run in the district.”

Mr Itodo said INEC’s guidelines, drawn from Sections 26 and 153 of the Electoral Act, required a by-election when the margin of victory between highest and second highest votes scorers in an election is less than the total number of cancelled voters.

“This should not be that hard, we saw the precedent in Osun State governorship election last September,” Mr Itodo said.

The electoral umpire declared inconclusive, the governorship election that held in Osun State on September 22, 2018, citing insufficient lead by the PDP’s candidate in that election.

At the end of the collation of votes, the PDP candidate, Ademola Adeleke, won majority votes of about 254,698 votes while Gboyega Oyetola of the APC came a close second with 254,345 votes. Both leading candidates had a difference of about 354 votes.

The commission explained that the total registered voters in the five polling units where elections were cancelled is 3,498 votes. Since that figure was higher than the difference between the votes of the leading candidates, a re-run election had to be conducted, the INEC chief explained.

A re-run was held a few days later on September 28, and Mr Oyetola was declared the winner.

Similarly, in Abia South Senatorial District, INEC declared the election inconclusive after ballots were interrupted in some locations around Aba, the state’s commercial capital. Although leading by a good margin, incumbent Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe would have to wait until Saturday to know whether or not he would be returned to the Senate.

Mr Itodo said the senatorial election in Abia North should have similarly been declared inconclusive, warning INEC to be wary of arbitrary application of the law.

“We cannot have two different sets of electoral law,” Mr Itodo said.
As the nation prepares for governorship and state parliamentary elections on Saturday, Mr Itodo warned INEC officials to desist from declaring results under duress from politicians.

“Officials are coming under serious pressure to declare results without due process, and they often cave in,” Mr Itodo said. “This is a serious problem.”

Mr Itodo said politicians are exploiting a section of the electoral law that prohibits INEC officials from reversing themselves on pronouncements.

“The law says only the courts have the power to reverse any pronouncement by electoral officers, politicians know this and they are taken advantage,” he added.

Joseph Iloh, the resident electoral commissioner in Abia, was unable to clarify the decision more than a week after INEC had taken it, telling PREMIUM TIMES the matter would be addressed later by INEC.

It was not immediately clear whether INEC would reverse its decision before Saturday and allow supplementary elections to hold in the district, alongside several others were polls were cancelled on February 23.

A spokesperson for Mr Kalu was unavailable for comments Saturday afternoon. But an aide to the former governor said his principal should not be made to explain a decision taken by INEC.

“We are aware of the cancelled votes,” the aide said. “But all enquiries should be directed to INEC and not my principal.”
Mr Ohuabunwa argued that INEC cancelled over 31,000 votes in his home local government area of Arochukwu, where he expected huge returns.

The senator estimated about 76,889 votes were cancelled in across five local government areas that make up Abia North Senatorial District by INEC, but said even by the official figures of the commission, the election should have been declared inconclusive.

Mr Ohuabunwa, 61, has been in and out of the National Assembly since 1999 when he was first elected a member of the House of Representatives.

In 2015, he was elected senator representing Abia North, defeating Mr Kalu, who was the candidate of the Progressive Peoples Alliance, PPA, at the time.

Mr Kalu, who still has a corruption case with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), challenged the results in court and received a judgment for a rerun in early 2016.

Mr Ohuabunwa was again declared the winner in the March 2018 by-election, and Mr Kalu challenged the results again in court. The Court of Appeal, however, affirmed the election of Mr Ohuabunwa in November 2017, sealing the former governor’s fate.

Mr Kalu decamped to the APC ahead of the 2019 elections.
Legal analyst Liborous Oshoma described the declaration of Mr Kalu as the winner of the election as a “terrible anomaly,” calling for urgent reform of the electoral process.

“There has to be a reform that would make it difficult for officials to just announce results and ask people to go to court,” Mr Oshoma said. “There have to be consequences for electoral officers making arbitrary and undue pronouncements that usually undermine the electoral process.”

“We can describe what happened in Abia North as a terrible anomaly, but INEC has a window to address it by conducting a by-election in the cancelled areas on Saturday,” the legal analyst said.

Ikpeazu is the Worst governor in africa

A State steeped in decay and a coming Messiah; Uche Ogah

A wealthy businessman who has impacted lives positively will challenge Abia State’s governor on Saturday, offering voters many candidates with contrasting backgrounds and visions for the state.

Uche Ogah, a retired banker and owner of Master’s energy secured the All Progressive Congress gubernatorial ticket last year and will be facing other governorship candidates but more especially incumbent Governor Okezie Ikpeazu who has succeeded in turning the State into a tourist centre for bad roads and unpaid salaries.

Ikpeazu’s four years in office has been a cavalcade of propaganda. Sad that the only visible achievement of the governor in the past four year is an uncompleted pedestrian crossing in Osisioma, mounting of sign posts in every street and sending Aba shoemakers to China

Ogah is well known for his philanthropy, political donations and his oil business. He has traveled the state and flooded television airwaves stating the reforms he will bring to the people of Abia if given a chance to pioneer the affairs of the State.

Ogah’s candidacy is not about party, but the beginning of an effort to retake political power and surrender it back to the people; where it truly belongs.
If elected governor, Uche Ogah will re-invest in public education and other services that have been cut or languished under the current administration in the last four years.

As a second-time political candidate, Ogah has highlighted his experience managing businesses and leading public entities as a signal he can balance the state’s budget, seeing to the prompt payment of salaries, improving the lifestyle of pensioners and empowering the youths that have taken thuggery as a profession under the current administration.

On the 9th of March 2019, Abians have a choice between moving forward or staying stagnant while her sister States like Ebonyi continues to progress.

Another four years of Ikpeazu means Abia will become a skeleton, stripped of its flesh while the Ikpeazu and his cronies continue to chant their mocking phrase “Kota Sign”.
