Next governor of Anambra state must be IGALA, Anambra state is their ancestral land
NigerianAngelo:
Seems you are mad.

Igbos comprise 99.5% of Anambra State and you are talking rubbish. We can add your tiny portion to Kogi State (I think they said half-a-village at the tip of Anambra North) by Constitutional amendment if you want.

See these mumu people that can never challenge muslims, perpetually ruled by them unchallenged.

It's high time we start flogging all of you. Rubbish post. God punish you & Bless/make saint of me and 4000 other Igbo men.

Honestly, Seun is not doing enough job in curtailing hate speech on Nairaland, it is highly distasteful to discredit your fellow citizens just because you have political differences and call them Children of hate...
And who are the haters? All tribe has loved people and hateful people. So tell me which tribe has children of hate? As for me I don't know any particular tribe for that, but if you know please let us know
Politics › Re: Femi Falana(SAN) Is Not A Constitutional Lawyer by yarimo(m): 10:24pm On Mar 29, 2023
Hahahaha until FALANA said what you want to hear before he became constitutional lawyer to you abi ? Thank God your opinion is useless ooo grin grin grin grin grin
Firstorderwizard:
I have said it time and time again that Falana (SAN) is not well versed in constitutional law.
As an experienced human right lawyer, He looks at every thing with the human right lens( the very reason He lost the ASUU strike case against FG) .
From the human right angle, Nigerians in FCT do not have two heads than Nigerians in other states
However, a whole lot of things are involved in constitution making beyond the literal interpretation.
The "and the FCT" clause in the constitution has a purpose which constitutional lawyers only understand.
I have had an interaction with a constitutional law specialist and learnt one or two about why different lawyers have differing opinions

KWANKWASO of nnpp won the presidential election
Ijoh:
A person can only be President when he or she have 25 percent votes in 2 over 3 of the states and then the fct . 2 thirds of 36 states is 12 states. Obi got 25 percent. Fct 25 percent being the seat of government only Obi qualified. If Obi allow another person sit down there then he is an accomplice in the raping of democracy in Nigeria because he won the election.
